We went lunch off hour's so it's not busy but service is good and food too

To be seated took a few minutes. Took some time to place my order. Food came quickly. I came Tuesday to try the chicken wings. Was very good. Their beer so a 20oz is pricy at 10. I'd come back again for the wings.

My partner and I have been going to Barbie’s regularly for a few years now. We live close by, the prices are affordable but what keeps us coming back is the service! We’re regularly served by Rime, who always gives 110% service. She is charming, funny, but also takes her work seriously and gets us our orders in a very quick and efficient way, even when it’s super busy! She even knows my order by heart that when I come in exhausted, I barely have to open my mouth because she knows what I came for!

We’ve also been previously served a lot by Simon, who, very similarly to Rime, is a very amazing and efficient waiter. We also love seeing Laura, one of the managers and Steve!

Horrible meal. Poutine with chunks of meat. When I got it minced meat under cooked, cold cheese curds no gravy and barely any fries. Extremely understaff. Overall just horrible had to rely on friends I was with to enjoy the experience. Strongly do not recommend

Bad experience. The menu was promising. Waited over an hour to receive our food. Very disappointed when we did. The pizza tasted like a frozen McCain pizza, steak was over cooked and cold. Chicken was dry and cold. The only saving grace was the ribs were good and the twice baked potato was great. Chloe our server was not good. Never checked on us. And when we paid the bill I decided to debt the bill and cash the tip. She stood over me and.waited for me to decide on the tip, told her we would leave it on the table. She still stood over me waiting!!! Who does that!! So rude! Would never recommend this place nor return.

This is my family and I's go-to place. Every time we're arguing about where to eat, we know that the argument will end up in us choosing Barbie's and everyone being happy about it.

The amazing thing about this place is that they have their 1/2 off coupons. If you're a big family and want everyone to eat a good plate, this will save you a lot of coins! They also have 2 for 25$ and 2 for 30$ options which are also very convenient.

Also, I would advise you to call and make a reservation before showing up, especially on a Saturday or Sunday night, it gets extremely full quick!

If you're into Mexican, try the Mexicali star. If you're into greek try the chicken brochette à la grecque. If you want a burger, try the British burger. The ribs are to die for and the desserts are exquisite.

The portions sizes are HUGE, you will be full and also may not be able to finish your plate.

Finally, the service is great. The waiters and waitresses are extremely patient, especially with explaining their deals since they have a lot of them!

This place was definitely not the best, the food took over 2 hours to coke and I had only orders a drink and a burger, to add on the place was not packed at all!.
As a 17 year old they did not allow me to order unless I got permission from a guardian. Never coming back ,employee for also pretty rude.

im here with a team and were underage but they wont like kids under a cirten age order drinks its annoying. my trought was dry the whole meal I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FOR A DINNER PLACE!

I would love to give 5 stars, but i just can't do it. Had the 16oz ribeye steak, cooked almost to perfection, maybe a bit too cooked for a rare steak. The escargot was bland and way too cheesy, along with the bread being super dry with it.
The servers were way too busy with the number of people here at the time (dinner time) 6pm. VLTs were occupied by the same 5 people for the 2 hours i was there (must have been on a streak).
Overall, it was an excellent meal but certainly has room for improvement in this establishment.
Kudos to the chef's and waitresses during such a busy friday night.
The gravy was absolutely bomb though, top tier.

Has the potential to be one of the better food establishments in the area. IMO, flavor up the dishes. Hire extra staff and get that flow state going to heighten up the atmosphere.

When I walked into Barbies, it reminded me a bit of Jack Astors, and they had a great selection of food based on the menu. Sadly, we did not get a chance to have the food. Our server - although her English was 'basic' as she stated, it was no problem. However, she did not seem organized and patrons who came in after us, even ordered and got their food before our order was taken... I decided that we would just pay for the drinks and get food somewhere else. I did mention at the reception the situation and they were very apologetic, which I appreciated, but after waiting 30 mins to have your food order taken and see patrons who come in after you get their food, was ridiculous. I cannot rate the food unfortunately, as we did not get a chance to eat there.

I used to be a regular at the original Barbies in Dorval. This was my first time at this location. It is clean, bright and shinny. Several seating areas including two patios. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Service was prompt and the food arrived in good time. Servers were all bilingual.the menu is large with road house type food. We were allowed substitutions with no question. The food was tasty. Parking was in their own lot and seemed plentiful. There are handicap spots near the main doors.a pleasant experience and I recommend.

We enjoyed the souvalaki and chicken fingers. Outdoor patio seating.
The prices are good $17.50 or $35 for 2 entree meals.
Service was a bit slow, understandable since they were busy.
Server never offered to refill water or coffee and tea.

Mauvaise expérience avec Laura qui fait partie de l'équipe de managers. Aucun respect pour des clients depuis plus de 20 ans. Un client est venu nous insulter et la gérante n'a rien fait pour nous faire sentir en sécurité. Très décue !
