I took a mixed plate it cost me 18 with tax I think it's the worst 18$ I spent on food I barely ate anything the meat tasted rotten and half cooked I strongly advise against it.

Can’t even speak in English. The owner should teach their employees how to speak in English. The employee couldn’t even say 1 word in English.
If the roles were reversed and the English didn't speak French, people would be angry. So we too have the right to be angry.
I am perfectly bilingual but this is ridiculous.

I am writing to you to express my disappointment following a recent visit to your establishment. As a resident of the area for several years, I decided to try your restaurant despite the mixed reviews I had read. Unfortunately, my experience did not live up to my expectations.
I ordered plates of shish taouk, but the quality of the food was very disappointing. The chicken was dry and flavorless, and the potatoes were also tasteless. Furthermore, the state of the restaurant shocked me deeply: I observed the presence of at least six flies moving inside, which is unacceptable. The general cleanliness of the place was also very insufficient.
The customer service was basic, and the value for money in no way justifies the experience I had.
I strongly encourage you to take steps to improve the quality of your meals and the condition of your premises, as this type of situation seriously harms the reputation of your establishment.
