I went with my family (2 kids under the age of 7) for a brunch. We were deeply disappointed in the lack of service and the amount of time the meal took for us to be served (it took over an hour to receive our food). We had not ordered anything complicated to cause such a delay. Every time we addressed the delay in time with our waitress, she would run off not saying anything to us.
We found our experience quite ordinary. A meal that cost us close to $70- for very little service, a great delay to receive our food and lack of customer service/atmosphere.
Beware: not recommended. There are many other breakfast restaurants in the area.

My go-to place for breakfast. Never disappointed with the food or service.

This is my all time favourite breakfast spot, the potatoes are the best morning potatoes in my opinion crispy and well seasoned. They have an extensive menu, so much options to choose from, something for everyone! The staff is always very nice and the owner is so sweet. Service can sometimes be slow but thst inky because the place gets sooooo busy!

I recently visited this Ben & Florentine branch with my friend, and I must say it was an exceptional experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home.

The menu had a wide variety of delicious options, and everything we ordered was cooked to perfection. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The portions were generous, and the value for money was excellent.

The service was outstanding—our server was friendly, attentive, and ensured that we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot for catching up with a friend.

I highly recommend this branch of Ben & Florentine to anyone looking for a delightful dining experience. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

Ordered take out to go after my meal, they forgot the main part of my meal, and only offered a 10$ refund when the meal was 22$ + tip.

The service was very cheerful and courteous, the atmosphere was correct.

On the other hand, in terms of cooking...
My eggs and those of my partner were served to us COLD, and the toast was soft, barely toasted, smashed by the spreading tool...

We asked to replace them, which was done, but the result remained the same. (soft toast not toasted enough)
