The management was absolutely terrible. Ordered something that tasted wrong and returned it almost full saying it was disgusting and uneatable. They said we ordered it and had to pay for it. They came to replenish the table while we were eating and interrupted us asking us to help as we're eating. They also closed the tables right next to us as we were eating, pulling chairs up. Place looked unsanitary and cheaply cared about. The toilets were broken, dirty and smelly. Waiter was unexperienced which wasn't great but at least he was nice about it, but management was unfriendly and rude. It looked under new ownership and suffering from it.
Honestly, don't go there, it was pretty bad all around. I don't usually write bad reviews but people should know how wrong this outing went. Too bad as the food was good and plated ok, but the kitchen looked badly organized and understaffed ( nobody was there to take the orders and the waiters had to do it themselves). They need to upgrade their service manners and cleaning habits. I won't be going back there however.

We were a family of 8 and went to celebrate my 70th with brunch. Food was amazing. The only time I've ever enjoyed french toast. I'll definitely go back. Everyone else enjoyed their meal. My husband and I live in Mississauga and are yet to find a brunch that matches Ben & Florentine.

Worst brunch ever! Had to wait around 25 minutes to get our order after being seated, with waitresses acting like they’re blind after I tried to get their attention multiple times… Finally when they took our order, it was yet another 30 minutes before getting the food. One of the plates was wrong and the bananas and strawberries were old and mushy. WE ALSO NEVER GOT WATER😂 wouldn’t recommend at all.

It's terrible now! It was so dirty we actually left before we ordered! The cloth they use to wash the tables was contaminated with bacteria as I don't know when was the last time they rinsed it! It smelled worst than an old rag! So I looked at the kitchen and the staff, and I said no, let's go, I don't trust this place no more (I have food allergies). We went to another one further away.
I go there quite often and I am never disappointed. The wait is barely noticable, the food is always well cooked and delicious, the portions are very generous for the price and it is totally affortable. The place is clean and welcoming, so is the staff. 5 stars for sure and recommended for their breakfasts!

If i could leave negative stars, I would. Absolutely the worst location i have ever been to. We came on a busy Sunday, but the wait time to sit was about 20 minutes. I now understand why it had the least amount of wait time compared to the surrounding area. Once we were seated and ordered, we waited a little over an hour for our food. I watched larger groups of people get seated after us, and still get their food before we did. I saw people get their food, and finish, before we even had ours. We were 3 people. Once we did get our food, it was mediocre. Cold toast, over cooked crepe. I asked for ketchup, they brought me a new one, never opened, not even by them. I asked for syrup, at a breakfast restaurant it should be readily available at the table, and they brought me one that was almost empty. They must be in short supply because another waitress came over and asked if she could take the syrup to someone else. When we were done, I asked for the receipt. 20 minutes of watching our waitress wander around, clearly with no interest in getting our bill. I had to ask for it again. Never again will we go to this location.
I was served by a waiter on the morning of April 30th at around 9:30 AM. Unfortunately, the waiter was very rude. He brought me the wrong order, and when I politely asked him to correct it, he reacted poorly. I do not know the name of the waiter, but I hope the owner can speak with him regarding this behavior.
Food is just …. regular, nothing extra. We went in at 10:45 on Good Friday. It was busy, but not full. We waited 30 min to be seated then another 45 min to fet our cold food. Others that came in after us (party of 3s) got served before us. Very badly organized. This feels like a small Cabanne à sucre, less the maple sirop. The same ppl eating at McDonalds will be dinning here too. No manners and even less IQ. I would definetly avoid ths place in the future, especially on Holidays.
They have no staff to serve. You have to wait forever to serve you to bring your coffee.
Great breakfast restaurant. Accommodating sensitivities.
