Great balance between the convenice of fast food and the quality of a restaurant. Food was ready quickly and perfectly cooked. If eating in, food and drink is served in restaurant quality dishes. Seating area has comfortable seating, clear washrooms, a small play area for children, and a group dining room.

Had been at this Benny a few times. Every time I go visit, it somehow has something wrong with the food.
One time the chicken was plain raw, another it didn't had any cheese curds, after they confused between a big bowl (I asked for a small) and now I got a bone in it...

I can’t recommend this place anymore. Once I got a chicken poutine with no curd cheese. The last time I had a small bone in my poutine (I can understand it happens sometimes), but it was accompanied by a black hair. Really bad experience!
Ordering on line and deliveries are completely broken. For a 5 km distance, it take a minimum of one too two hours to get your meal. Today, after waiting for an hour and a half, I called the restaurant and they put me on hold for 10 minutes, the young lady who finally answered told me that they were sending it right away. That's not the first time that this happen, far from it. I can assure you that its the last time i order from them.

Always a five-star experience! The store is spotless and the service is absolutely excellent. The wings are the best of the best, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The plain fries are simple but super tasty, and the coleslaw deserves its own five stars, soft, fresh, and not overly sweet like many others. Highly recommended!

We did not get our soups offered on the promotion after waiting more than an hour for the delivery. We were told, it's in the box, surprise, nothing. After calling, we received them 1h30 after the call. We are not ordering from Dix30 store anymore, bye-bye Benny
