After an hour of waiting I learn that my order has not yet left the restaurant. Not serious employee! You should have warned me that it was super busy!

Cafeteria type catering...(e.g. St-Hubert express, or other fast food chain) So we expect this kind of service, which is correct when you have little time and you need to eat.
But when I received my plate (half rib & fries) and realized that the sauce that coated my ribs was cold...
Um, what's the problem? It barely comes out of the kitchen!
I can't even imagine at what temperature it would have arrived at delivery or take-out!!
However, the counter staff was courteous and the dining room was clean.

Horrible customer service from Youssef and the kitchen. I ordered a club sandwich and received it without bacon, when asked for it they said they ran out so I asked for a refund as they did not tell us that it would be without bacon and that is not what I wanted, and magically after asking for a refund, they have bacon!
They quickly stuffed the lest amount of bacon in my sandwich. Their soup of the day is unlimited, asked for another bowl and they said they ran out, did you really run out just like the bacon? Absolutely worst when we ask when will they have more and he said tomorrow because they are closing soon, it’s 6:60pm and they close at 9pm. Really questioning your integrity.

Keep a close eye on what's in your box at the drive-thru. In Brossard, an item for which you paid is often missing. Once home it is too late. Last visit I paid for extra coleslaw and didn't receive it.

Understaffed
Endless waiting for both order taking and service, but it's not the fault of the guys who work.

Poutine half filled, error in the order (missing the extra cheese at $5) and the delivery man more than 20 minutes late than the scheduled time plus 1h30 for a Wednesday lunchtime wait.

Very slow service. Ordered a pickup online and had to wait 30 minutes and see everyone get their order except. I got impatient and asked the cashier 2 times to get my order, he finally got to talk to the kitchen to make my order. The cashier was really tho.

Fast and efficient service, like all Benny's, the chicken is super good. Chicken poutine remains my favorite. Between Saint Hubert and Benny I prefer Benny.
This one is extremely fast and efficient. I recommend.

Delivery delayed by 40 minutes, overbilling, not able to print the invoice, communicated with them to notify them, took your email but did not respond, crunchy chicken poutine $36.95, arrived lukewarm cold. Barely melted cheese. Not the first time poorly served but this is too much.

1 week later: phew, offer of reimbursement after a few emails, above all sending me an invoice which is not mine, I am offered a credit on a future purchase...but no offer to credit on my card l 'error of the delivery man who made me pay the wrong bill ($10 too much). No question of using this credit ''registered in my file''...it's far too mixed up!
Never again.
