Very bad experience at Boston Pizza in Brossard. From the moment we arrived, the service was unacceptable. Nobody came to give us basic essentials like forks, napkins, or even check if we needed anything. We had to ask several times, and still the waitress acted as if we were bothering her.
The server was extremely careless, inattentive, and completely disconnected from her job. No greeting, no follow-up, no effort. It honestly felt like we were being ignored on purpose. For a restaurant of this size, this level of service is shocking.
The ignorance and lack of respect shown to customers is not acceptable at all. I left disappointed and frustrated. I will never come back, and I do not recommend this location to anyone.

I went with my family there was 6 adults , 1 child , 1 toddler and 1 baby . There was no customers inside or on the terrace we went at 3 pm . We waited 30 min or more for water which we had to ask for . Finally when he brought the water. We waited for some time to order some drinks .it took about 40 min to receive our drinks . The waiter forgot 2 drinks, and the Belgian moon was flat no bubbles no taste like it wasnt beer .we sent it back .and he didnt offer any thing else to drink so we stayed and driank water . Which I had to get up and serve our selfs the pitcher was where the supplies of condiments are . The fries were salty and not hot like they warmed them up in the microwave. my son in law and I order the new summer special the Cajun Caeser wrap . When we received the wrap it was not what we ordered it was a chicken bacon caeser wrap . The all meat pizza was hot but very salty . All the plates had a small portion of fries . Like they counted them . The service was slow .we ordered entries which took 1 hour and 30 min . And again the place was slow . The waiter was slow on getting what we order . Over all the service was slow the food was not good . Salty and not hot and not what we ordered . The drinks ( beer ) was not good at all . The waiter charged me a Pepsi at 4$ when it was a child Pepsi which came with the kids meal I had to ask him to remove that of my bill . We will all not return . Or recommend this place to anyone .

If you’re looking for a restaurant to find good pizza, go to Boston Pizza! The service was excellent. Our pizza was delivered to us in around 10 minutes. We ordered a large pizza and some spicy potatoes with cactus dip . It was only $60. I’m sure anyone would enjoy it.

Had the fish tacos and cactus cut fries. Absolutely deadly. If food could be a weapon this hits hard like mike tysons left hook. Definitely recommend trying it out. Server was an absolute gem similar to a diamond.

A birthday celebration for my 5 years old grandson. Food was hot and delicious, served promptly. Staff were welcoming, patient and accommodating all requests for the children. I highly recommend the Mediterranean pizza and kids loved the chocolate earth with worms!!
