Was here again, as another person has written the quality is 5 star, but there is never enough staff to serve and nearly always a line I enjoy this place, but if you want a 2nd coffee after you have enjoyed the 1st, then join the end of the queue and restart your wait and the staff will not accept the fact that you are already in and want another, but that’s life !

Inefficient service. It takes forever to get served. Each time I go there, I get out completely frustrated as I had to wait for at 10 mins even if there is no much line up.... If you are in hurry, avoid this place!

⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Pet Friendly, Rude Service, and Questionable Cleanliness

I walked into this bakery carrying my tiny 8 lb puppy and was refused service on the spot. The staff’s attitude was shockingly rude, and when I politely asked why, one of the employees gave me a vague excuse about “sanitary control” supposedly coming in and pets being forbidden unless they’re support animals. The story didn’t make much sense — especially after reading other reviews mentioning cleanliness issues and even a closure of one of their other locations for similar reasons.

Honestly, the hypocrisy is laughable. If you’re going to hide behind “sanitation rules,” maybe start by keeping your own counters clean and improving basic hygiene standards.

The service was slow, the atmosphere unwelcoming, and the food mediocre at best. There are plenty of pet-friendly businesses in the area that know how to treat customers with respect and maintain cleanliness at the same time. I highly encourage everyone to support those instead.

This place has lost my trust entirely. Hopefully a competitor opens nearby — one that’s pet friendly, with good service, and maybe even a nice terrace to actually enjoy your coffee with baked goods.
If you want better quality, cleanliness, and service, go to Van Houtte instead.

This place was good when it had just opened. Now everything has degraded. They have very few types of bread available, even if you go early in the morning. Cleanliness is not the best, you can see flies near the food. Service has also degraded a lot, with some rude people serving. There's something that seems to go wrong with this franchise, because also the place at Mall Champlain is closed.

This bakery makes some of the best croissants and chocolatines I’ve had — buttery, flaky, and absolutely delicious. On quality alone, they deserve five stars.

Unfortunately, the pricing policy really dampens the experience. They advertise a “buy 3, get 1 free” deal, but it only applies if you buy four of the same pastry. That means four croissants or four chocolatines cost $7.50, which is fair. But if you mix it up — say 2 croissants and 2 chocolatines — the total jumps to $12.48. That’s nearly double the price, which feels unreasonable for a neighborhood bakery.

I love supporting local spots and would happily pay a premium for great pastries, but this deal structure feels like a penalty for variety. A mixed 4-pack should still honor the promotion, especially when both pastries are flagship items.

If they fix the pricing fairness, this would be an easy 5-star bakery. Until then, I’ll stick to one type of pastry at a time.

Accustomed to Champlain but closed because not clean! Once in the solar, I realize that it's worse... very dirty, broken and not clean places, bibites everywhere and mice also seen in the room. Frozen bread and worse service than anything else! Great lady with glasses very very unpleasant and disrespectful

Delicious pastry shop

We got the almond croissant with chocolate (essentially a chocoline with a middle layer of almond paste). Also tried the apricot croissant pastry.

Plenty of seating indoors.

Went here yesterday morning, the place was open, but the doors won't open. Waited outside the door for 5 minutes. The staff see you from the inside, but don't even have the courtesy to tell you or signal anything. So it happened to be temporarily closed for some maintenance. Several people come by trying to enter and poker face from the staff inside. Next time have a little courtesy for your customers!

This was my favourite lunch spot in Brossard. The sandwiches are really good and fresh every time, the desserts are exceptional. I really enjoyed having lunch here.

Food was good and atmosphere is inviting. Service was dissapointing... 4 employees with 3 chatting together while several customers waiting. Cherry on top was snarky attitude when asking questions about where to order/pay and asking for napkins. Also floors dirty and napkin stack next to cash was a mess/disorganized (which is why I asked for napkins because their napkins looked like leftover napkins from previous customer). Recommend training staff to be more curteous and to focus on cleanliness in client-facing areas. Also, an actual napkin dispenser for clients might be a good idea.

The food is great and the staff is very friendly. My favourite is the almond croissant, one of the best I have tried so far. Unfortunately they keep running short on staff and there is usually queues and waiting time during peak hours
