Small bakery that wants to be local but could do more for the area which is mainly pedestrian. An exterior counter/window for passers-by, picking up an order and especially dog owners walking in the neighborhood. I used to regularly walk to the bakery unfortunately I now have a dog and if I go out to market he is with us so it is no longer possible to take advantage of it and collect an order.

Excellent breads and chouquettes!

Incompetent lying staff who tried to convince me that they weren’t able to complete the order I made the night before. I understand now why the place was empty and had inventory when the Champlain mall didn’t.

Nice Bakery which sells breads, pastries and various sandwiches and salads. It is cafeteria style, you get in line with your tray and you choose what you want, you pay at cashier and go find a place if any available. There was a lineup at lunch time, so if you go for a coffee and pastry better go at another hour.
The almond croissant was good as well as the latte. 12$

The establishment is aptly named because with each bite you taste a part of heaven, it is so good and fresh. A place to discover without a doubt!! 🫶😊

The almond croissant contains ALCOHOL
it's not even written they don't take into consideration people who have allergies or restrictions I took the calendar for the month of December to go to each day I won't go back it's over
Not at all satisfied, watch what you eat

The customer service is horrible, they should change the way they take orders, it takes an extremely long time to take a simple croissant. Put at least two seats in the morning.

The atmosphere and location are very good, but the wineries are getting worse and worse. Uncooked and sticky interior, not really crispy. I will stop buying there until they find the same quality of products as when it was first opened.

Delicious pastries. Staff is very nice. I tried speaking in my rusty french and they were very kind and patient with me. Pricing is very reasonable too. The design of the place is bright, clean and contemporary. I tried the apricotine and it was delicious!

The food is good with good value for money. I loved the bread, the croissants, the smoked salmon sandwich, etc.

On the other hand, there is work to be done with the staff… out of 4-5 employees, only one was nice and helpful.

Very disappointing.
The butter ham contained very little meat. A request was made to the staff to rectify: arrogant and condescending response.
My partner's chicken sandwich was also disappointing.

We call it laughing at the world…..
Go to 1st Harvest instead
