We ordered brunch today, and after poking at the food item, realized that one of the orders was wrong (the server brought the wrong item). Then when we mentioned it to the server, she said she has to charge us for the item that was touched...so we were basically forced to eat the item that we didn't order. There was no apology or anything.

I've never been to a restaurant where I was forced to eat the item I didn't order. If the waitress brought the wrong item, that's obviously a write-off for the restaurant...except at this place.

The food was just OK, but on the mediocre side. The cream cheese was hard and not spreadable (it must've been just taken out of the fridge). The salad was unappetizing, and the french toast was overly eggy. The eggs benedict was ok. The atmosphere is OK, like an old school diner vibe.

I understand that this place has been around for a long time with regular clients, but that's from the time when there was nothing in Brossard. There are many other options now in 2025, so we won't be returning.

I was visiting Canada and stopped by for breakfast. Kosta took great care of us—he was energetic, welcoming, and offered excellent food recommendations that didn’t disappoint. While the portion sizes were smaller than expected, everything else was great, especially the atmosphere.

Very disappointed!
The food is never the same and I am told by the waiter that it is my fault if my order is not correct; which I must specify when ordering if I want my meat cooked on my pizza. Frankly.
Big when I order once I expect to receive the same thing the second time (knowing I always get the same thing and it's not our first visit at all)! Normally, I'm not disappointed, at least not as much as this time. Probably the last visit for a bad guy.
I only saw my server (Marc Antoine) when taking orders, when our plates were ready and when paying. He never once came to see if the dishes were to our liking.
Not even a hello when it arrived, it was an immediate order taking. I waited 30 minutes before being able to place my order, knowing that the restaurant was almost empty (we left the restaurant at 4:20 p.m. - 01-19-2025)
Customer service: a solid 0/10. We can't really note what we couldn't get ;)

We went for Saturday brunch. The restaurant doesn't take reservations but the space is very large with plenty of seating, so we didn't wait. We were 6 adults and 3 young children. The server was accommodating. Good value for money. We will come back.

I was there over the weekend and the standout is definitely the service. Our group was rowdy but well cared for by several of the staff. Everyone was kind and friendly. We were there for breakfast so it is really hard to mess that up. I wasn't a fan of their corned beef hash, but everything else was good.

Wheelchair accessibility is poor. The paved boat is directly in the handicapped parking lot which, in fact, does not have an adequate notice board indicating the status of the reserved parking. The so-called accessible entrance with a slope is always blocked when you arrive. We must enter through the next door which has a 6 inch step. The so-called accessible toilet according to the staff is not at all. Once he entered the cubicle with his wheelchair, it was impossible to close the door. The suggested option, which would be a truly accessible toilet, is filled with crates of wine and other stock. There was an overwhelming smell of gasoline because of a gasoline leaf blower stored next to the nozzle. An establishment with great accessibility potential but just poorly exploited. Hope my comments inspire homeowners.
