Great place for kids food

My family and I always enjoyed dining at this restaurant and usually come about once a week. The food and service have been consistently good, which is why I was quite surprised by my recent experience.

Over the weekend, I brought my niece and nephew for a meal while their parents were away on a day trip. When it came time to pay, I was told that because one of the children is 12, an ID was required to confirm their age for the child’s price. This caught me off guard, as I’ve never been asked for ID before despite being a regular customer.

I understand if there’s a policy in place, and I’m happy to follow the rules — but the way it was communicated felt quite abrupt and uncomfortable, almost as if I was being questioned or doubted. It would have made a big difference if the approach had been a bit more polite and understanding.

I hope that in the future, policies can be communicated more clearly and enforced in a more respectful manner. I’ve always had positive experiences here, and I’d really like to continue supporting the restaurant.

knowing what to expect from a biffert I still enjoyed it, the food is ok and the decor is nice. Received very good service from the servers and the team.

Apart from the waiting time since the place is very busy, the quality/price ratio is great

We went with friends, we asked to be together and they left us in different tables, we ate well but we didn't take advantage of our meeting.

Good experience but the food was lacking species

I understand it’s a busy place but they made no accommodation for one guest who was unable to eat and made them pay. It was a big table and they could have accommodated since the table size would be the same. The place is also too open and loud.

For 42$, you get to eat steaks, chicken, pizzas, sushis, desserts and their delicious garlic bread. It’s absolutely worth it!

Service was great employees did the best they can but the food is just not that good and there are so many kids running and even some digging their fingers in the jello I stayed away from the orange jello that night after I saw a kid just digging his fingers in it also very pricey for meh or okay food

Best buffet!!!! Free for children aged 4 and under and free for children aged 5 to 12 accompanied by an adult. The food is very good!!!! ???
