Hi, I placed an order today at the drive-thru. I received my order in about 8–10 minutes, which was fine, but the food was extremely hot. It seemed like it came straight from the oil. After eating the burger for only about 2 minutes, it burned my mouth. I just wanted to let you know because it was really uncomfortable.

You'd think you would have someone who can talk either English or French. I speak both, and it was difficult communicating. Perhaps get a bilingual person. I won't be going back. I understand most of your staff is from different countries. I understand the struggle. But if we don't understand them through a microphone.... perhaps they should be flipping the burgers. . Or cleaning the washrooms.
