Hi I've been reading review really it's extremely shameful the review I read of people saying that the personal staff was rude those people should open their eye again
And think TWISE before making a judgement

Me and my husband went we are a blueberry muffin with coffee it was extraordinary and delicious we had a marvelous time

SO the people that say that the staff was rude look TWISE before judging 🧐

The service is exceptional, the staff is fast and very courteous, I love having a coffee before starting my shift at the mail!

I always have the same drink, but this time what I had was disgusting. The waitresses were arrogant and I waited at the cash register for 10 minutes while they finished chatting among themselves. My drink was tasteless and way too sweet. I tasted it and threw it in the trash straight away. $9 for absolutely nothing!!! I don't recommend it.

Excellent service, the barista was cute and very welcoming.

Mocha is heavenly, I'm addicted to it! I love the little lady who is always friendly and smiling. The whole team is pleasant!

This is the first & last time I’d step foot here. The ladies very rude, got my order wrong twice. I asked for 2 SMALL HOT lattes, then I saw the young waitress tapping in the screen iced latte. So I told her why is it written iced I want hot, she was like oh it’s just in the system written like that. I was like okay. Then I saw her colleague preparing iced coffee asked her if it was for me and she said yes. Then I told her I ordered hot coffee please. Then she was like ok I’ll correct it. But she made big sizes then I asked small ones because that was my order and she got super mad about it and told me you’ll take it like this I’m not going to do it again. when I asked to correct my bill cuz I asked for hot small lattes and got charged for iced big sized iced coffee.They were both very rude never have I ever experienced lack of client service like this before! When it’s their fault. No apologies just rude behaviour! CRAZY

The service is very bad, the young waiter (the white guy with a little long hair) very rude, cold, unsmiling, and totally lacking in professionalism. I have a soup, a coffee with a cake and a sandwich, a decent meal, I had not yet finished enjoying my supper, when the young waiter arrives to clear my tray, he starts to make noise with
the broom, the bucket of water. the trash, supposedly he's cleaning it, it's only 6:15 p.m., a Thursday evening!! I didn't have the pleasure of enjoying my meal or relaxing a little, I felt their stress pouring out on me when in principle I'm supposed to relax and forget the throes of everyday life around me. a nice little dinner outside on a Thursday evening...I felt that he wanted to chase us away and in fact he told me that he was going to close the section around 7 p.m., wow I was surprised, before I stayed until closing without being disturbed when there was the manager himself, the Chinese guy, a good, smiling and friendly guy..
This late afternoon I was outraged and disappointed with this place, I was very poorly served plus I felt bad chemistry and a gloomy atmosphere, you just want to leave and never to come back...
It's a shame that the service at this depot cafe has deteriorated visibly these days...

Ive been getting matcha lattes from there which are delicious, so i decided to download their app to get points every time i order. Last time i came they tried scanning the barcode of my rewards card 2 times and it didnt work. Please fix it

I'm there right now.Sunday 2:30 p.m.They take orders randomly.Do not provide. One of them is talking with her friends.People flock to the back waiting for their coffee.They don't know what's whose.People stamp their feet. Take what's not theirs. Total loss of control.

The staff is very friendly, the service always courteous and the coffee is freshly brewed. I go there several times a week and I'm never disappointed!
