Van Houtte never misses. Excellent quality coffee, smoothies, pastries, and sandwiches. This location is particularly great because the service was fantastic! Patient, helpful, and friendly staff - they even brought our drinks out to us on the terasse once they were ready. Will definitely be back.

I am a food delivery driver, the restaurants get the order details usually 10 minutes prior the driver arrival, but every delivery that I had from this location the drinks weren’t ready and had to wait 10 to 20 extra minutes after my arrival for the drinks. Cozy is the word to describe the place. Its not big like a starbucks, it actually feels like a small coffee shop and it shows by the clientele visiting.
There are a lot of elderly people just drinking coffee and talking, in the middle of Dix30, that's insane.
Coffee is average and tables looks weird but for a chain restaurant, the vibe is definitely pretty nice.
