Saturday evening 12-7-2025 three regular couples for more than 20 years came for supper only because we reserved three days prior and made sure Etienne would be our waiter. The last time we were here 16-05-2025 the service was mediocre, we felt pushed and out of place, the entrees took a half hour to arrive and were luke warm, water was scarce even though we kept asking the busgirl, the reception halls were empty and only 33% of the tables were occupied. That was the first time we felt unappreciated as customers here. With Etienne the service we have always gotten has always been efficient, he takes the time to offer options, served our entrees promptly, he makes sure the water jug was full and our glasses never ran dry because it was very warm and the AC had a hard time since both reception halls were full and the restaurant also. We were advised upon reserving three days prior that the AC had problems but that didn't keep us from once more encouraging the Casa Grecque restaurant chain and Etienne.

Luckily, Laurent, our server, was very attentive, which is what made me give it 3 stars. Because the food was tasteless, the potatoes dry and the rice nonexistent...I wonder where the flavors of yesteryear have gone.

Don't be fooled by the photos on the menu. What a disappointment! We were a group of 18 people. Several dishes lacked seasoning such as: the supposedly "Greek" potatoes that were shriveled and cold, the "tiny" butterfly shrimp without garlic butter and what can we say about the famous filet mignon...which looked more like a tournedos without bacon that was poorly cooked. And what about the famous garlic snails...that speaks for itself!!! Very noisy place. On the other hand, Laurent's service was impeccable, courteous and smiling.

We have been eating at Casa Grecque Brossard location from last 35 years + years and enjoyed every meal we ate. Butterfly shrimps, chicken, salmon , salad, rice, spanakopita are some of our favourite dishes. Service is amazing and friendly. Now we bring our grandchildren and Casa Grecque has become their favourite restaurant as well.

Let's just say I preferred the Greek casa before....the food doesn't taste the same....but I had excellent customer service! And... they were really very tolerant with the children (I'm including myself in the children this evening *blushing*
