Chez LouLou Crème Glacée

The ice cream is very good and the workers are very nice. I never went inside so I don’t know anything about the atmosphere. But chez Loulou is very busy so it takes A LOT OF TIME to get your ice cream or to order.

Bravo to the owners for choosing a young manager who was unable to satisfy a customer. Worse, a girl who was looking forward to a mixed cone with toppings.
The young manager (with little experience) rather listened to the customer, supported the servant and no matter what I said, did not mean anything to her. Am left speechless at the outcome. She should have just remade the mixed soft serve ice cream in the cone as requested, I think!
After still spending more than $40.
Very ordinary service.
P.S. I paid for two cones ($8), they charged me the plastic bowl for the extra topping, and I didn't even get my cone.

Clientèle impeccable. Plusieurs sorte de dessert et de crème glacé, nous venons déjà depuis plusieurs années et c’est super bon! Moi et ma femme ont s’est régalé. Je recommande!!!

Bravo les propriétaires d’avoir choisi une jeune gérante qui n’a pas su satisfaire un client. Pire, une fille qui avait hâte d’un cornet mixte avec garniture. La jeune gérante (peu expérimentée) plutôt d’écouter le client, à soutenu la servante et peu importe ce que je disais, ne contait pas pour elle. Suis rester bouche bée de l’issu. Elle aurait du simplement refaire la crème glacée molle mixte dans le cornet comme demander, me semble! Après quand même avoir dépenses plus que $40. Très ordinaire comme service.

I had a highly disappointing experience at this place. The service was terrible; the employee who served me was extremely impatient and contemptuous. They even threw the ice cream directly at me instead of handing it over respectfully. Such behavior shows a complete lack of respect for customers.

As for the ice cream itself, it was far from enjoyable. It was overly sweet with no milky taste, making it unappetizing. I would not recommend trying it at all. Even giving one star feels too generous for this experience.
