So overrated. You can feel the artificial flavors and súper expensive for the quality.
Very bad place very expensive no washrooms
The ice cream is good but the place has no life to it. It needs a reason to go there other than ice cream. It doesn't have a nice seating area or anything like that. No music or anything like that. No light show or anything like that. Just ice cream.

Got the coco ice cream. Pretty bad. Tasted artificial & overly sweet.

They have some great soft serves here with plenty of flavors! I just tried their mint cream with dark chocolate, fantastic! Chez Loulou has been here for decades, you need to give it a try.
We often come here. Good icecream! Plain vanilla is not too sweet, i love it like that, you can indulge and dip it. Soo many flavour choices and dip choices 😋

The ice cream is very good and the workers are very nice. I never went inside so I don’t know anything about the atmosphere. But chez Loulou is very busy so it takes A LOT OF TIME to get your ice cream or to order.
Parking: There’s a lot of parking places but because this place is very busy there’s rarely any parking
