Took too long to receive my single order. We were only 2 customers at that moment. 3 young girls just joking around, not doing any work. 1 of them is not familiar with processes. Received my order with missing Doritos coating. Goes back in kitchen and comes back out only to drop the kogo. Had to remake another one. Other customer waiting on her croffle, while the 2 other workers don't seem to be doing anything. As an owner of a food franchise myself.

Ordered #4. Cheese was hard and I thought it was because I waited to eat it too long, until I reached the hot dog part. It tasted bitter halfway and I realized I was eating raw batter meaning that the food was undercooked.

Extremely long service, lack of service at checkout, spend their time on their phones, don't respond to the customer!!! Anyway.. Good luck

I ordered a #4 with sweet potatoes. Despite being the only customers in the store, the pogo I received was undercooked, with frozen cheese inside. Extremely disappointing experience

Excellent service!!I recommend you go try their famous Korean pogo, a real delight. The staff very polite and understandable I will 100% return there with my wife and children!!

Atrocious service, they got the 2 items I ordered wrong plus they didn't get the extra I paid for. The person accompanying me also had 2 errors on their order.
