La plus longue attente que j’ai jamais vécu. Nous étions là à 11:45 avec notre enfant de 3 ans. Nous avons commandé un sandwich pour lui. À 13:10 nous sommes partie, toujours pas de sandwich!!!! Ridicule. Nous avons eu notre commande en 2 parties, pour moi et mon conjoint à 30 minutes d’intervalle. Et nous n’avons jamais reçu le repas de mon fils, qui ne s’en pouvait plus. Pire expérience.

Les heures d'ouverture affichées ne sont pas les bonnes, j'ai commandé en ligne via le site web et quand je suis passé ramasser ma commande le resto était fermé! quand j'en ai parlé au staff le lendemain on m'a répondu qu'ils n'étaient pas capable de modifier les heures sur internet et on se foutait pas mal que je me sois déplacée pour rien la veille.

Smoothie wasn't completely blended, we weren't provided a straw, and had a piece of a broken blender in it.Fries were very mushy, wasn't provided a fork.One new Staff member was unilingual (French) and unable to assist.No English menu's, told to go online.Second staff member who was training the first, was not happy, but did refund us for the smoothie.Finally, the food took an extremely long time to comeVegetarian options: Whole place is vegetarian and we're able to customize the menu.
I am generous in putting one star, worst customer service experienced this Wednesday, December 6, we went to eat for dinner, as soon as we entered we could see in their faces that they were not happy that we were there, we went see when the restaurant closed and it was at 8 p.m., it was 7:30 p.m., we asked if it was okay to order and eat here, and the answer was yes, at the same time another couple arrived and we been served and eating there, 8 p.m. sharp arrives and they come to see us at our table and tell us: it's 8 a.m. so that's when you're ready, SCUSE ME but we took the trouble to ask if we could eat here, Can we finish our plate at $30 each? get up, throw our plates in the complete darkness, nice way of telling us in good Quebecois to: decriss, and the other little couple grabs with their vegan burguer at -20 outside, in short never could,

I'm a fan of vegan, but I was frankly disappointed. The tables were dirty and no one came to clean them, even though we asked and the restaurant was empty. We were served a children's meal although we never ordered that and there were 5 adults. The meals were cold and we were asked to reheat one and were told that it was not possible, we had to insist. We felt no desire from the 2 young waitresses there to serve us well. It's very ordinary.

Absolutely disgusting. They are ruining the franchise. First time I go to this location. I was shocked we threw out over 60$ worth of food. Not to mention that half the menu wasn’t available. Son had poutine, I would not allow him to eat it. He was starving and complaining the salt was burning his lips! Potatoes were RAW and sauce was literally liquid salt.
