very nice service and ice cream , but the bathroom was damaged imagine no bathroom there, children's old people what can they do

The blizzards taste great, the staff was nice. Idk why ppl are mad?

SLOW service! The place isn’t setup efficiently for the employees to do their job quickly.

They can only handle one customer at a time!

Employees are immigrants, so French isn’t their strong suit. One of the employee needed to rely on the colleague to pick up the pace.

Venue needs more employees or someone competent.

There’s no sense of urgency, when there’s a line forming and people are complaining… they’re still moving a snail pace.

Such a horrible DQ location. Always just the owner who is sweet by the way, and one young girl working. They can't handle more than 1 customer at a time.
Every time I go i wait more than 15 minutes for a simple cone.

Twice that I go and I pass by the drive through to order. First of all nobody answers the machine to take the order and when we finally decide to go to the window to pass the order through there, the employee is literally sitting next to the window on their cellphone and not paying attention that the car is there. The first time I honked and he came but the second time that I went and honked he didn't even bother to look through the window. Worst customer service.

We went to Dairy Queen on the Third of March at 9pm and the man working there on his own did an amazing service job he clearly is doing his best even tho he’s alone I think people should have some patience and empathy.

I will never go back to that place

It’s really upsetting to take time off work to drive all the way to this location to find that whoever is running the business has different opening hours than indicated on Google. Please keep this information up to date. I’ve suggested the edits to your opening hours to Google, and feel very sad to have taken an hour off work to only not be able to have the cake for my family celebration, as I can’t take another hour off later.

Very bad customer service, well, they had no customer and they were super rude.

We went there two times and both times we were disappointed with the service. The first time we simply left because the line was moving extremely slow. The second time there was barely anyone in line and it still took a very long time to get service. The food they offer is good since it's dairy queen but the service can definitely be improved. They should hire someone that can manage a lineup of customers since it looks like the owners that are working there can't handle more than one customer.

Hair inside of the icecream cake!!! Found 1 hair in my plate and two of my guests found 1 hair each. Immediately removedmine from the cake.
