They emailed me a review request, but it wouldn't go through because I gave them a negative review, so I'll leave it here: Ordered several weeks before Christmas as a gift and kept getting emails saying it was on its way. It didn't arrive until more than a week after Christmas. At no time did the company offer me a refund, even though I emailed them asking them if it would be here for Christmas. Got the matcha shaker. Used it twice, and now the match shaking piece is stuck inside the cup. No way of removing it.
The absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever. I ordered Dec 11th. Got notified dec15 it shipped. Hasn’t moved! I emailed the company and they have absolutely no record of my order. I showed them my confirmation email and my shipping email AND they even charged my card. They said they will escalate my concerns to the higher ups to investigate and it’s been crickets since. I was a first time buyer and I will never ever buy from them again. Horrific experience, buyers beware!
