Awful AI customer service. I realized right after I placed my order that my address was wrong. I reached out to them before it was shipped and they said it was too late even though it was still in their warehouse. They refused to pull the order and re-route it. When it got returned to them I reached out yet again and they said it had been delivered even though the tracking clearly states "returned to sender". At the end of the email it clearly stated that it was written by AI.

Davids Tea used to be great but not so anymore! I have not received tea that was ordered in Nov and I have sent email after email to them without so much as a reply or acknowledgment of my problem! I would not recommend them anymore since their customer service no longer exists and they have my money but I don’t have my tea! Terrible way to treat a long-standing customer!

my last order was very short with most of it not present, ive been trying to get a hold of them for over a month to report to get my money back or my order and cannot get any confirmation. feeling ripped off

Superb experience with Bénédicte. She was very attentive throughout my visit.

This is our first time in this store and it's great. We had 2 cups of delicious tea and the service from the store staff was very kind. I will frequent this store in the future.

Very good place with lots of choice.The staff is very cheerful and warm. They have a lot of knowledge about tea, it's definitely the place to go.

I stopped by for a good chai tea last Friday February 8With oat milk or just plain milkTo my great surprise, the manager, seated on her cell phone, replied that there was nothing ugly and that it wasn't her place to go buy some and I asked her if she wouldn't mind spending the weekend end losing sales and she told me not her problem!!!!!I don't want her to get kicked out no but help this girl get the toolsyou are better than his DAVID TEE. I didn't drink tea before but one day I came home for a glass because it held up really well cold or hot... and there was a macha that intrigued me. I tell the saleswoman I can't taste the flavor. The saleswoman prepared me a peach glaze macha and I fell in love with it, finally I tasted the flavor very well. Now I buy some and make one every morning

I do not understand that in 2024 they refused my cash,,,,this incredible for so much on my ticket it is clearly written that this ticket is legal short,,,,I do not encourage a trade which goes towards the digital and I will talk about it to all friends and families, for me it is respect for the customer accepting the currency
