The Atlas Chicken was very good

I tried the dumplings and the sizzling beef. The flavors in the sizzling beef genuinely blew me away. It was so delicious. The dumplings were also quite tasty. Their filling was well spiced and they didn't taste bland. In general, this restaurant has delicious food! The servers were also very nice and patient.

Like many others here, this was my first time trying Uyghur food, but definitely not the last!
In a few points:
- Beautiful, clean restaurant, superbly decorated and carefully maintained;
- Super friendly and even family service I would say, despite the limited vocabulary in French or English of our waitress we felt the importance given to service;
- What can I say about the food... Simply superb. A unique blend of flavors and spices, we ask for more. Served very hot too. The quality of the food and the attention paid during preparation are evident.
- Lots of parking and really very good prices relative to the quality and uniqueness of the dishes.
- Only small downsides: the serving time can be a little longer (but it's worth it!) and there is no alcohol in the restaurant (if this is important to you).
VERDICT: highly recommended, a hidden gem of dining in greater Montreal and a unique culinary culture to discover.
As many others here, this was my first experience eating Uygur food, but definitely not my last!
In a few points:
- Very clean and well maintained restaurant, with beautiful decorations seemingly inspired by their culture;
- Very friendly and family-oriented service, even with the staff's limited knowledge of French or English we still felt how they cared about giving good service;
- The food was, how can I say this.... Absolutely superb. A unique blend of spices and flavors I have never seen anywhere else, you'll be tempted to ask for second servings. Food was served very hot as well. The quality of the ingredients as well as the care put in our plate's preparation could be clearly seen.
- Lots of parking spaces and very good prices considering the quality and uniqueness of the plates served.
- Only two small cons: service can be a little long (but it's worth it!) and non-alcoholic beverages are served or available (if that is important to you).
VERDICT: strongly recommended, a hidden gem among restaurants in greater Montreal and a unique culinary culture that's begging to be discovered and encouraged.

Its our 1st time trying Uyghur food and it's absolutely delicious. The service and food is 10 out of 10. Definitely recommend it đ.

This place is a âmust tryâ.
First time having Uyghur food, and I loved it.
Ordered the lamb and chicken skewers, meat filled patties, the large chicken dish and 2 different types of salad.
Each dish had its own unique flavours, leaving your taste buds wanting more.
Even my kids loved it and now want to bring grandma and grandpa.
Finally, a restaurant that deserves a rating!

Atlas Uyghur est incroyable!! This restaurant is so good.
We had the Petit Manta (beef and lamb dumpling with an amazing slightly spicy and oh so flavorful dipping sauce), the lamb soup, and the lamb and naan stew - basically « lamb three ways », yet every dish felt new and exciting. Looking forward to come back and try other dishes.

I was curious about this place since I never have Uyghur cuisine before. I tried it and I was happily surprised, every dish I ordered were welled balanced of flavours. Me and my wife both ordered different types of noodles and both are very delicious. The noodles are fresh and chewy and go so well with their sauce. This restaurant just became our favourite place for noodles, we highly recommend.

Le resto est sympa et la bouffe est bonne mais le service est moyen. Nous avons commandĂ© une soupe et deux plats. Nous avons reçu les plats et pas de soupe, nous avons fini les deux plats et toujours pas de soupe. Nous avons demandĂ© du pain et lâavons reçu aprĂšs beaucoup dâattente et de rappels. Beaucoup de lenteur et un manque dâorganisation de la part de lâĂ©quipe.

Been wanting to try this place for some time and decided to head there for lunch. Very clean, decor is nice. Service was quick but we were few in the restaurant at that time. The menu is varied without being too limited or having too many choices. We had Chicken stir fried rice noodles and a Beef Qordak. Both were very flavourful, rich and satisfying. The stir fry noodles were silky smooth, tender and spicy, but not overpowering. The beef qordak had a nice blend of potatoes , naan, vegetables is an earthy flavoured sauce. I wished I had some extra naan to scoop the rest! Overall enjoyed and will try again as a group for dinner.

Love the ambiance!! Very nice family restaurant with amazing food. Definitely coming back here again when Iâm in the area. Halal food and thereâs a sign at the front of the restaurant.
