Meat too cooked. They constantly press down on the meat and remove all of the fat. The bread really soggy, cheese all over the wrapper and the fries don’t taste homemade really crispy and are bland.
Wasn’t always that way but really not worth the 24$ meal.

If you are looking for pure hamburger hassle-free and pure, one of the best places is Fiveguys. If they can make place more cleaner and a little more organized, that would be a 5-star place

Food is amazing if you manage to get it. The two times a year I get five guys it takes the workers 45 minutes at LEAST make a simple order because they always slack off and talk to their friends and forget your order or simply loose it. They have to change something because one of my favorite burger places has dog shit service.

I had ordered earlier in uber eat, they always forget an item and it is not refundable on uber eat
Regular customer here. Great Fries and burger. Inflation killing it though. At the Dix30 location I was the only customer ordering. 4 other customers came in after me and all received their order first. 25 minutes later I was confused into disbelief, DEI or what??!! I got a bit of psychosis and asked to forget the order and give money back. To my surprise I got my money back WITH my order. Now that is great customer respect appreciation. I was late to work but the free meal calmed me down.
