Hi, I just wanted to share my feedback regarding my recent visit. Although the cake I purchased was good, I was quite disappointed with the service. When I asked if forks were provided with my 6-inch cake, the response was very rude and I was told they only give them for “big cakes.” The order was also not taken in a polite manner.
I believe every customer deserves respectful service, regardless of the size of the order or the bill amount. I hope you can look into this and improve the customer experience going forward.

A few years ago, the line stretched for 12 hours—it was insanely crowded. Now, I’ve lived in 45 countries, I can say the ingredients, cooking techniques, and final products of this cake shop are truly top-notch. It’s no longer just about whether it’s sweet or not—of course, they control the sugar level to a degree that any Asian palate can easily accept. I highly recommend the mille crêpe, but honestly, any item you try will be aromatic and won’t disappoint you.

Absolutely love this place. Every time I go, I find something new and think, how is it even possible to combine all that into one pastry? Then I buy it out of curiosity—and every time, it’s such a pleasant surprise. Really like mochi-cheese sandwich. Highly recommended if you're craving something sweet and savory at the same time! ☺️

A bread and cake shop with lots of variety. They have bread and cake from salty to sweet and bread that tastes like a combination of cake and bread. They have desserts, birthday cakes, cookies, japanese style bread, and much more. This store is the original Gateau Brise store and downtown one is just an extension of this store, as everything is baked at this location. This location has more choices than downtown store.

The place it’s fine and the food is good, but they started to put plastic to everything. One bread with a big plastic bag. That’s awful. I feel bad buying more than 1 piece now. Change that please, I have talked with many clients and find that really bad, some of my friends just stop buying there.

These are THE ABSOLUTE BEST pastries i ever ate in my life! I LOVE their coconut filled bread its so good! the place is nice and not overstimulating! There are cakes, bread, pastries of all sorts and they are all delicious! the service is really fast you dont have to wait a long time in the line. Everything is so affordable especially the bread which is really nice!

Never thought a cake could be bland! As a chocolate lover I was mesmerized by this chocolate cake it looked so yum but it was the blandest cake I’ve ever had in my life. Did not expect this from this place since their customer service was amazing. The other rice (white) cake was a bit better but still not tasted bland.

It was our first time having their cake at the Christmas celebration party. We ordered it from the South Shore location, and they delivered it to the West Island. The cake not only looked cute but was also super tasty and fresh. The whipped cream and fresh strawberries were excellent. It was a hit at the party!
