Never thought a cake could be bland! As a chocolate lover I was mesmerized by this chocolate cake it looked so yum but it was the blandest cake I’ve ever had in my life. Did not expect this from this place since their customer service was amazing. The other rice (white) cake was a bit better but still not tasted bland.

It was our first time having their cake at the Christmas celebration party. We ordered it from the South Shore location, and they delivered it to the West Island. The cake not only looked cute but was also super tasty and fresh. The whipped cream and fresh strawberries were excellent. It was a hit at the party!

Every time I go to Gâteau Brise, I have to drive a long distance, but it’s always worth it because the cakes here are truly exceptional. I’m impressed by the freshness and quality of their cakes—that’s the reason I keep coming back. I’ve tried many bakeries closer to home, but none of them measure up. The staff here are so friendly, attentive, and always meet my requests on time. I’m very satisfied and will continue to support them!

Very disappointed. Not fresh, they packed everything they didn't sell that day, marked it at $9.99, but insisted on charging us $12, saying $9.99 is tomorrow's price, we couldn't choose the flavor we liked, and were forced to pay the pack price

Amazing little Chinese bakery. We always order cakes from them. The cakes are beautifully presented, and reasonably priced. The cream is fresh and light (doesn't leave a greasy feel in your mouth), and the chiffon soft and fluffy without being wet. If you order in advance, you can choose a custom cake from their iPad. You can also customize the colours for some cakes. The goods are not too sweet; even my Chinese grandmother approves!
