The staff really nice greeting us as we walked in and after we had our lunch and leaving the girl at the caisse said bye see you again!!!! It was my 3rd time in 10 years!!! The kitchen counter with the condiments was spot less and so so shiny clean I give it a 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My order was late and freezing cold; my family and I ate the cold burgers but threw our 3 orders of onion rings and fries in the garbage. I contacted customer support, and they said the restaurant would contact me in a day or 2. That was 4 days ago. I have not ordered Harvey's in several years and have nothing but regret.

Service is super fast but I feel like the food quality has dropped a lot over the past 2-3 years, and is getting increasingly worse.
Last two times I came, hot beef patty but the burger buns were cold (like they had been grilled 10 mins before). The garnishes don’t look fresh, some definitely don’t look like they were cut the day of (lettuce, onions). The ketchup pump has been completely removed. And now, the poutine gets served drowned in poutine sauce - wayyy too much sauce. Please bring back the old Harvey’s.
UPDATE 2025-08-25: Came back today. Again, why are the buns cold and dry?? Came 1 hour after opening so not sure why my onion rings tasted like they were made yesterday - threw them out. I get this is a “fast” food place but I would rather wait a few more minutes for warm, FRESHLY made food.

If possible I could have given 0 star rating. We ordered 2 burgers and both were undercooked (Photos attached). When I was ordering, I asked for cucumbers which were out of stock as per her but I clearly see the cucumbers there Upon showing her the cucumbers She(The manager) made a very rude face and started arguing with me. She further told her fellow team member to make our order and she took hers in the middle and gave me a rude look. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE.
