Meat was not fresh very hard over cocked you can see it has been there more three hours, even if you put it on the grill to heat it, it will stay hard, when I asked to have fresh one a bet juicy, they made to wait and tried to give the same I was watching even the manager was so rude not professional talk girl with painted hair sorry I don’t know her name. That is a complain for Harvey head quarter. To teach they how to cook the meat and to serve the clients

Food is good but service was absolutely terrible. The server looked disinterested, did not speak clearly, and quickly started putting on toppings without even asking and then shifted the blame to the customer for not saying anything. Which is a surprise because service here used to be fairly good.
