Harvey’s is the best fast food hamburger in Canada. Very tasty and reasonably priced. Fresh selection of toppings. Great crispy onion rings too. The apple pies are fantastic. Much better than McDonald’s or Burger King.

We placed an order on Harvey.ca for delivery from this location. The order never arrived. We tried calling them with no success. I drove to their location to pick up the order myself. While they were remaking the order, I asked to get a refund for the delivery fees and tips I paid to the driver. They refused. The employee called the manager, Shahram Arzani. Shahram Arzani attempted to tell me it was not their responsibility once the order was submitted to a uber driver and refused to refund the delivery fees. I explained that even if they use a third party delivery driver, it is their responsibility to ensure that their customer receives their order. He then said he still hadn’t received the money and asked me to call Harvey’s customer service. I accepted and asked that they give me my order. He proceeded to tell his employees not to give me the order. Completely ridiculous and awful service. Will be placing a complaint to Harvey’s HQ.

Bad service...mistakes....not understanding French or English The lady with black hijab at the drive thru is so unpleasant. Never smiles, rude when she hands out the machine to pay. She almost throws it at you. One time she even hurted my hand. Again this week the same thing with her machine and bad attitude. Also they are cheap with all, my order was a desapointement! Dry onion rings, and fries and not fresh! and guess what? No ketchup!

Good experience, really tasty. Good that you can choose the toppings. Onion rings were amazing. Clean place, good temperature and atmosphere. The quantity felt a bit lacking for the price though. Good variety of toppings.
