I had an incredible and unexpected service experience. Imagine all the restaurants that make you feel like a moron if you have a misunderstanding about your order. Well at Houston, with Marie-Claude, this turns into abundant service and at no additional cost. I will definitely come back if only for the atmosphere and the courtesy of the staff.

I took a classique burger with fries, Food not so great, salty, bread seems to be not so fresh or was just been taking out of the fridge, meat wasn't cooked properly, fries too soft and not crispy, anyways overall it used to be better but now i don't know what change, beside music is fun with a great Dj, it's a fun place to hangout and staff are really nice.

The food was great, but the service was even better! Our waitress, Sabrina, was very attentive to our entire party. Zack was the kindest person to us and always came back to check if everything was okay. Each time, engaging us in great conversation (about football)! The manager, Sean, was extremely helpful as we requested the football game to be turned on on the TV that was next to our table and he did everything he could to get it on for us right in time for the first quarter. I’d definitely recommend this resto not only for the food but for the great staff!

The waitress forgot my friends' drinks and ch once the passais or 4 different waiters always came to ask us if they had finished it was embarrassing and disturbing the waitress was not very nice and seemed tired and was rough at times and they we were placed next to a party with lots of noisy children when the restaurant was empty on the bar side and the restaurant floor was slippery it wasn't great we won't go back and Pkoi 4 different servers have each 30 min see if they have finished

Un des pires steakhouse que j'ai mangé. Steak New York a 48$, deja trop chère, faut payer un 4$ d'extra pour un sauf. Comme je payais déjà le Steak trop chère j'ai dis non. Il amène ça avec AUCUN assaisonnement. La pinth de bière (20oz)... 12$ !!!!!! Jamais vue ça
Ma femme à même pas fini son marguarita parce que ça goutait le concentré de jeu, pas d'alcool.
Bref ça couté 170$ pour 2 steaks pas de saveur.
Les bons : le service était impeccable, sa pris 20sec pour qu'on vienne nous voirs après s'être assis. La cuisson de la viande était impeccable.
Mais calinne, toute est trop chère... 12$ pour un 20oz de bière quand c'est normalement 9-10$. 48$ Pour un steak pas de sauce / épices. Allez au resto La Carcasse, vous allez sortir avec une facture moin chère, pi vous allez vouloir licher vôtre assiette tellement l'assaisonnement des steaks est bonne!

Lauryann wow mais quelle service ... elle connais bien ses plats ainsi que la carte des vins... elle nous as très bien reçu et tout au long du repas.. elle venait toujours remplir notre coupe de vin.. merci pour cette belle soirée... petit bémol pour la bavette trop de nerfs à mon goût .. le tartare de saumon accompagné des chip de pavo étaient excellent.

Waited 15mins for a desert (enough time for the table next to ours with a different waitress to finish their meal, get and finish their desert and coffee) which only came, without an ustensile to eat it, after we reminded her and the coffee never even came (didn’t even want to bother asking and waiting for it)
Not sure if she didn’t like us taking the table d’hôte because it’s less expensive than buying separately, so less tip, but it’s definitely not this service that’ll get better tips.

Nous avons réservé un vendredi à 18h30.
Une fois arrivée nous nous sommes installés à la terrasse et quelqu’un est venue nous servir de l’eau. Après 40 minute aucun serveur est venue prendre notre commande, nous n’avons pas vue passer aucun serveur ils était à l’intérieur entrain de parler. alors nous sommes partit.

Très beau restaurant j’aime beaucoup malheureusement on avait une table on a du changer de table car des gens criait très fort à coter. Musique trop forte aussi le service trop long. On a commander une boisson on a attendu longtemps a peu près 5 min elle est revenu en nous disant qu’il étais perdu. Décevant mais j’adore la nourriture.

Do not recommend, especially for group event.
Reservation for group of 42, they provided seating for 34. Entrees were to have been served at 7, brought out at 7:40pm. Four different entrees, 3 servings each, and our table received 1 tray of crudities while every other table had veggies as well a calamari, nachos, and sliders. We were never given an opportunity to place drink orders; our hostess tracked down the waitress and placed the order for us.
We waited 2 1/2 hours to place our main course orders and we had to ask for water. Meals started arriving impressively quickly, only 8 minutes after being entered into the POS. Unfortunately, meals showed up for everyone but me. We had to wait for the waitress to come back to ask how the food was so we could tell her that while everyone was almost done with their plate, I still had not been served. She appeared shocked, kindly apologized, and 4 minutes later, I had my plate, which had been VERY obviously left forgotten sitting under a heat lamp the entire time. By the time they brought my plate 30+ minutes after the rest of the group, their "fried chicken tacos" -- which were plainly 'Costco-style' freezer chicken strips -- were dry on top, soggy underneath, the guacamole had turned dark and formed a skin, and the poutine was bowl-shaped mass of soggy fries glued solidly with congealed gravy and dried cheese. It looked so unappetizing, I'm honestly shocked they dared serve it, never mind charge for it.
By 10:40pm, my order was 'graciously' comped and I went without a meal. Our table was never cleared and guests were forced to eat dessert, which was brought in and served by the hosts, holding their plates above used dinner plates, empty drink glasses, and half-finished entree trays.
Make sure to have hand sanitizer with you for the bathrooms. They're not kept clean, toilets unflushed, toilet paper dispenser was empty, and 3 of the 4 hands-free faucets didn't turn on.
The ONLY saving grace was our waitress was friendly if not attentive.
Beyond disappointed and frankly PO'ed that I spent 4+ hours in a "restaurant" that never actually served me food. Seriously wondering how a place like this remains open.

Belle soirée,bouffe excellente homard et filet mignon,mon conjoint et mon fils ont pris des steaks avec la sauce bordelaise tout était succulent,un service par Zoé et le gérant Pascal très professionnel je recommande x10♥️♥️
