I ordered Yakisoba noodles, but they used spaghetti pasta instead of actual Soba noobles. For the price I paid and the japanese authenticity they claim their cuisine is, needless to say it was very disappointing. I could excuse the fact that it didn't taste anything like yakisoba, even though it tasted pretty bland, but the fact that they used spaghetti is mind blowing to me

Honestly a really fun and nice Izakaya. Staff were awesome and super helpful offering both help and recommendations. Quick turn around on food and not too pricey for what the quality provides.

IRU Izakaya is a true culinary delight, blending the vibrant spirit of a Japanese gastropub with great food and a well-curated sake selection. Every dish feels thoughtfully prepared—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, whether you're savoring small plates or diving into something more substantial. Although expensive, it’s a place that feels both refined and relaxed, where quality and authenticity shine through.
