Ordered a Quebec pizza and a family poutine.
Absolutely inedible.
Frozen fries, tasteless sauce
Frozen pizza dough
A big 0, I won't order from them again.

The dough was very bad ! For the price you pay u expect something better than a regular 18$ pizza !

Good but expensive, not really a good deal...
They are using some type of frozen dough that literally tasted like cardboard. Crust has holes in it and there is no bubling at all. JCP needs to have consistency across their franchises. Awful pizza.

We ordered 2subs m. The buns were dry and at the very least a week old, the steak was burnt, the cheese was hard and dry… The fries were cold… Better get your act together!!! Not impressed and not going back

DO NOT TRUST their delivery time.
Ordered two times and both times was delivered way later than expected. Faced irresponsive (and somewhat rude) staff on the phone when followed up on my order two times.

This is a relatively new chain in the area - they started popping up all over.
Jacques Cartier pizza is located in a strip mall, it is a small restaurant ideal for take out. There are 2 tables in the restaurant and a couple outdoor seats. Although they specialize in pizza, the menu also features fast food items like burgers, hot dogs, wings, poutines, submarine sandwiches and pasta.
We walked in and ordered a combo special, a medium size 14inch "Western" pizza, it comes with 2 cans of soda and a small french fry. The menu advertises this at a special price if you opt for the "All dressed" pizza. When we were discussing options, the employee working at the counter told us it's not just that type, we could pick any pizza we wanted. The way he said it, it made it seem like he would do us a favor and just let us pick any type at that price. Once he rang up the bill though, it was an extra $3 or so to get the toppings we wanted. The meal came up to around $36 or $38 which didn't seem like much of a "special".
The pizza itself was very good, better than I expected. I was glad the toppings were generous and fresh. The toppings were distributed mostly in the center of the pizza though and not spread far enough on the edges. The fries were not good - these are frozen, boring, flavorless fries. Too crispy on the outside, not salted well. I wouldn't get them again.
There's a pizza joint at every corner in the area, I didn't think Jacques Cartier stood out from the competition. We found this chain to be pricy compared to other local pizza places that offer 2 for 1 deals for example, or walk-out specials. I know other places that offer a large pizza with a carry-out special price of $15, whereas all the pizza options here are $25 to $35 min.
I haven't received any coupons or heard about specials since they opened so unless they have a new promotion doubtful I would be back.

I love their pizza, I order all the time, tonight my pizza must have had a rough drive over /:
Disappointed because it’s always great service and quick delivery.
The store is very clean and cute, and the owner is super nice and friendly .
But the pizza is unfortunately not the best. The topping slide off of the dough very easily. So I have to put back the cheese layer with topping on top of the dough constantly while eating it

We stopped by chance, because the Tim Hortons next door was closed and it was a great success: the pizzas were very delicious, and the service was very, very pleasant. An exceptional treatment.

The best pizza on the southshore
Enjoyed a satisfying pizza experience here. We tried the Philly steak, veggie, and Siciliano options, all generously topped and in jumbo size portions. Perfect for those lazy evenings when cooking is the last thing on your mind. Take out Service was speedy too.
