Like he was to trying to brush me off instead of asking if I would be willing to wait, once I said I would wait he rushed me to the window instead of asking if I wanted anything else. Which i did. Once I received my order they didn't give me my drink or the macaroni and gravy that goes with the combo, So disappointing and cost me 23$ ?

I used the service drive thru after leaving from the Cinema. The employee was friendly and the way he talked was pleasant to hear. I was there around 11:25pm. It took a few minutes to get my order. His name may be Asta. The chickens tasted good.

I ordered 2 pieces of chicken and one of them has the size of a pea. I asked the manager about it and the answer was “it just came that way”. Not to mention that the gravy had no taste. PLEASE AVOID THIS RESTAURANT UNLESS YOU ARE DYING OF HUNGER.

It was the worst service and delivery experience!!10:57 - I ordered by online, and website said it'll be delivered in 60mins12:04- I tried to call a kfc customer service for tracking my order. Customer service said they'll try to contact a delivery and they'll let me know about it.12:24- I tried to call it again because nobody contact me. And when I call it again, customer service said they can help me to refund because I didn't get my order. I agreed to get refund.1:05- Suddenly someone else delivered my order, 2 hours after since i ordered.And when i opened the box, the branch did mistake!!!!(Don't bring drink and the other sandwich!!)So I complain again to customer service and nobody gave me any feedback!Is this normal?Really poor service and no refund, even it was delivered with mistake..They ruined my day!

Fries were overcooked or recooked, they were rigid as hell.Didn’t have an issue with the atmosphere or service cause’ we went through the drive thru so nothing to add personally about that, but the food… oufI know KFC isn’t a healthy choice, you know what you’re expecting when you go there but damn. The prices have gone up drastically since I last went to one, and there are no more sides included? You have to ask for sauce and the salad?The sauce was thick I didn’t have an issue with that, but the issue is, the actual taste of the sauce is an aftertaste? As if diluted. The chicken, well, let’s just say good thing it’s fried cause’ it’s a case of asking yourself, what am I eating?Half of the pieces we got (a bucket of 10 pieces for the family) were garbage pieces that just had a lot of « breading ». So essentially there was barely any chicken at all. I repeat myself, but for the price you pay, it sucks they can’t provide quality ingredients or the bare minimum of ingredients. And the re-fried fries were a huge disappointment too.
