I’m gonna be honest, I have had Kinton Ramen ever since they first opened in mtl, and I must say I am extremely disappointed at the Dix30 store. You just can’t even imagine for a franchised ramen shop, the quality of food could be so poorly prepared.

Examples:
- soup is lukewarm at best, not hot
- ramen as badly cooked, often way too hard (undercook), and other times half the bowl all stuck up together (cook did not stir the ramen).

After my first visit, I was shocked, in disbelief, and I say to myself this can’t it. I since went back 3-4 other times and everytime it’s very similar, poor quality.

For the mangers reading this, I went during lunch hours during weekdays. If this comment is even worth anything, you should really provide your staff better training.

It’s a shame because the other option is Isshin Ramen next door, and although more expensive, I’d rather pay for a bowl of quality ramen and a poorly slapped on. Very unfortunate because I was so looking forward for Kinto.

The ramen broth is light and creamy. It doesn’t feel heavy at all. Best ramen ever! Oh and the prices are great as welll!

Best ramen I’ve ever had, the Pork Spicy Garlic with extra egg and corn is definitely my favorite. Service was also excellent, the best in the area really! 10/10 would recommend.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly! This is by far the best location compared to Toronto locations. The soup taste exceptional. Loved it. I need to commend how they delivered the food in such fast speed :)

Kinton Ramen is an amazing place for ramen lovers. Warm and welcoming atmosphere puts you in the Japanese spirit. Their menu offers a variety of ramens, I particularly loved their pork ramen, perfectly balanced with al dente noodles and their gyoza.

The service is fast and the staff is always available. It's a great place for a comforting meal, whether alone or with friends. I recommend!!
