My 5 year old and I went to grab lunch today at Champlain mall. The meat tasted sour like it had gone bad. We returned our food and the person working way very nice about it. We were not the only ones returning food. After I was explaining that the meat tasted like it had gone bad, the person working was sending out a food delivery ?♀️

And when we asked them to have some in my burrito, they told me it would take 4 minutes to make. I said I could wait, then they told me they couldn't make it for me because they didn't know how...

The place was EMPTY and I had to wait 40 minutes for my order, totally ridiculous. They had a 12 years old working on the front with ZERO kitchen skills. Never again.

Ordered on uber eats, nachos arrived cold, the cheese was not even melted. We ordered chicken tacos and the chicken tasted like it has gone bad. The porc was dry and cold too and they forgot are condiments.
