This place is perfect for a good beer after work (happy hour), food is good and the music makes a good ambiance. Also the underground parking is perfect since it connects directly to the bar through the elevator. Very convenient in winter since you don't need to outside.
Cool place, great craft beer, had the IPA and it was perfect.
Food was ok, it could have been better. Nice poutine with rib meat but when I got it, it was cold.
Service was ok but the guys are a bit too chatty around the bar, sometimes you have to wait.
I recommend altogether, we were a group and most loved it there.

We had such a great drinking night at Le Balthazar in Quartier DIX30. The vibe was lively but still easy to chat, and the tap list was fantastic—so many Québec microbrews to try. We did a couple of flights, got spot-on recommendations from the bar team, and kept discovering new favorites. Snack plates (hello, nachos and poutine) were perfect for sharing, and service stayed quick even when it got busy. Exactly the kind of place you go for good beer, good music, and a fun night...
