Very poor service, we take a number, people who came later are served before us and without a number.We ask for a cardboard box so that the cake is more presentable, they charge $1 for that.. otherwise $40 for a cake put in a plastic box (super C style, fingerprints included ?)I wouldn't come back, overall disappointing experience and service not up to par.

Terrible customer service! I went in to purchase 2 gift cards, I waited at the cash. Not one employee acknowledged me. One was on the phone and the other making boxes. An uber driver came in, an employee gave the order and still said nothing to me. After being ignored I asked to purchase two gift cards and she told me to take a number to be served. Absolutely ridiculous, there was one other customer in the store looking around. Doesn't make sense to have to take a number to purchase a gift card. I decided to leave and not purchase the gift cards. Basic customer service is to acknowledge your customers, not to ignore them! I will not be a returning customer.
