The madame Bilkish is the worst of the worst McDonald employ I ever seen, very rude, unresponsive, unrespectful, showing off that she is the big boss of this location, even she doesn’t give me my order, there is nothing I can do about .Very poor service at this McDonald’s. I waited over 30 minutes for a simple order, and the ice cream I ordered was made right away but left on the counter the whole time. When they finally gave it to me, it was already melted. No apology, no explanation, just careless service. Fast food should be quick and consistent, but this location clearly does not care about customers’ time or food quality.

The food was actually really good, we tried the new chicken teriyaki and pizza bites. Both were excellent!
However, we went through the drive-thru and the service was not good at all. We asked for our sandwich to be plain (chicken, teriyaki, and bun only). I specified in addition no mayo or lettuce. We were told that there was never mayo on the sandwich.
When we received our order, there was mayo. We returned it and specified no mayo. This time, it came with no mayo but with lettuce. I had to get out of my car and go into the restaurant to get a new sandwich.
The restaurant apologized.
