Food is good compared to other McDonald's. It is always clean and comfortable going there. The thing that vastly has to improve is the time, very slow service. Maybe they are understaffed.

Extremely rude service at the drive-thru. Missing part of our order too, so we mention it and the girl rolls her eyes and hand us the food while dropping half of our fries on the ground.

Took ages to get food (30 minutes or so) and they burnt everything. Keep in mind we were one of 2 people in line, get better staff.

I went there expecting proper service and was met with only one friendly face, none of the self Service machines worked and they charged me 6000 points but did not give a receipt or order number and when I spoke to the employees the manager was VERY rude and unhelpful, they did not reimburse me or give me my food I was just told to leave after being extremely patient and waiting a HALF HOUR for my food.
