Always dirty, you have to tell the employee to do their job instead of chatting and having fun behind the counter. It's not my job to tell them to clean the tables... like all the other fast food restaurants... they should there will be more control from inspectors.

Normally this restaurant is good, serves good food and pretty fast. However, 2024-08-29, 20:17 pm, the order I got was mostly stale food. The bun at the bottom of my big Mac had several white pinkish coloring on it, meaning it was past its due date, the person in front of me got limpy fries so she asked for them to cook it properly, and low and behold, I got limpy, barely cooked fries myself, so if you don't tell the server to deep fry your fries properly you get limpy ones and the one I ordered was large fries. The ice cube machine was not working in the beverage section, poured hot Coke into my cup, past expiry date and asked for ice from the server, when I arrived home I realized that the Coke I poured in was hot and the ice was not helping and it had no fizz so that large Coke went through the drain. The only redeeming factor was the crispy Buffalo poutine that was edible at best. I was really disappointed with my meal, it might be because it was near closing time that employees didn't care anymore but the meal I paid for 28$ was not worth it at all, not going back.

We saw our tray with our food except the coffee being put down and forgotten about for 10minutes. I had to ask them to finaly give it to us and then they accused us of not hearing them call our number...which was false since we saw them put it down. Then I told them well if you called our number how come there is no coffee like our order asked for. Obviously the clerk had no response to that.
