On two separate occasions we’ve come here as a family to find no one at the cash register. Both times we’ve had to call out to have someone come and help us- the second time, we just walked out. We won’t be coming here anymore. I strongly recommend the business owner sets expectations with their staff to avoid loss of revenue. The employees seem to just hang out in the staff quarters.

34$ for 2 people!?? Ridiculous! Not worth it at all! Was not greeted by staff and when I asked her if it was normal it came out pure liquid she looked annoyed. Topping tasted stale. Last time going there. Overpriced, does not taste good and staff was not friendly.

Disgusting cookie dough, for small bowls even the price was way too high. We don't even get served for this price. We also have little variety and seriously everything was liquid, grainy and not good. I paid 20 dollars, no warning for the weight and seriously for this taste never in life I will come back there. Good experience learning how to use ice cream? You can buy a whole bowl at the grocery store and have more. Service also not very pleasant, we ask questions and no one answers. Simple, don't go there, it's worth the same price as a meal.

i think 35$ for 3 not even half cups is quite a stretch.. on top..it's self service.. so whoever said excelent service in the top comment, well i think he might have noted the wrong place, or was too drunk to remember. in fact the girl was completely absent and we had to wait for her comming from the back so we could pay and leave..

Had frozen yogurt after a while, lots of options but some of them were out of service and love the fact I can "built it" They weight the cup and the end and charge you accordingly. The taste is on point and the ambiance is nice ! It's a nice experience and fun for a first date, family night out, or just craving frozen yogurt.I took almost every chocolat topping (diabetes in a cup) Overall 3 outta 5, I think of they had more flavour options (and they were working), a friendlier staff, and some tasting options to know what you getting it might be a 5 outta 5. I would definitely go back, maybe it was just a bad timing
