A very authentic Korean cuisine. Quite a generous amount of food for the price. The crispy fried chicken is flavourful and the breading is not too thick. The tteokbokki was just ok, could've used some more seasoning. The service takes a long time, but you can always eat the nice banchan in the meantime.

Food was okay, but service was IMPECABBLE, the server who took care of our table, Yijun, was very professional and made us feel like home, very attentive and patient when taking orders and asked us multiple times if we needed anything. He even tried to refuse tip when we offered him a large amount, such a humble employee! He should recieve a raise, never in my entire life have I seen an employee as dedicated to the quality of service. Would come back definitely because of the service.

Worst kimchi fried rice I’ve ever tasted… It tasted more like Chinese fried rice which was something I was not expecting.

The worst service ever. I work as a chef for over 20 yrs, over 30 different restaurants and hotels. But i have never seen a waitress this bad. We were family of 4 served by a very rude big waitress on a Monday evening. We asked for all you can eat bbq. It was our first time in this place. So far, not a word from her, not even a hello. I asked her how the bbq works, (there was no stove/grill on the table like other bbq restaurants). She replied, "use QR code*. That's all we heard from her till we left. No questions on drinks, no water on the table. When asked, she simply brings water, not a word, and leaves. There were 1 table done eating, 1 couple eating à la carte and our table.
** food was good for the price we paid, cheaper side but good.
**you need to use your phone every time you need to order items, like 4-6 times. No hygiene at all. Would prefer pen and paper. But it wasn't anything compared to the service.
**I still tipped 15%, since I am from the same industry. But we will never ever return to this place.
At least a hello, thank you and goodnight to your clients.

Worst customer service! The employee didn't even greet us or even say a word, she serves the customers with a stupid attitude

Probably once of the best kimchi fried rice I've had. Great tasting flavor and the meat so tender. The wonton soup, though is a different story. Tastes and looks dull so didnt bother include a picture.

Horrible customer service. Paid for 2 hours of bbq, as a result, i got only beef and chicken wings after 40 minutes of waiting. Still waiting for the rice and salads. I would understand if the resto would be filled, but it is 2/3 empty. In general, highly discussed by the attitude towards clients.
Asked the server about my food, he said “ok, I’ll check”, then he proceeded to ignore us.
Small update, just talked with the server again, and he said that I should reorder everything missing because they forgot.

The little experience that he had in a restaurant, we do not have all the hot dishes, I have poor service from the side of the table, the manager has no French and says that we are responsible for them if they have poor service.

This is the worst service I have ever had, the plates are cold and the service from the management and employees is not appropriate.
The manager doesn't speak French so we really can't communicate with them.
Really disappointed with their service.

I have waited 2hours to be delivered, but it was not prepared and cancelled it after 2hours hunger. It was terrible experience that never want to experience.
