We came here for the second time after a year last night, the service and staff are so kind (asian lady with ponytail with an accent, and young asian man) attentive and helpful, as soon as we came in we were greeted and seated and could order right away.

Food came quickly, hot and fresh looking! I wasn’t worried at all, everything looked good.

However… the next day our stomachs are really upset, i think my husband has food poisoning…, Raw meat is served to us to barbecue, which we cooked thoroughly, but because of our state today, it causes me concern about the food and meat safety/storage/handling over there, especially because I am pregnant.

And some advice taste-wise: do not order the spring rolls, they taste very off, like sink water.

And if you are doing all you can eat bbq, no need to order onions or garlic (unless you plan on eating them whole), because the meat is already seasoned well, we thought to use them to grill next to the meat for flavour, but it didn’t do much and we had to eat them unless we wanted to pay extra for wasting (our fault) haha.

Overall it was great while we were there, not so much after. Don’t know if we’ll come back…

Very average food and some dishes are not even korean, like general tao.
I ordered dumplings and they were really bad, probably heated in microwave.
Kimbap was ok.
Disappointing.

Good food, good korean bbq. But i suggest you, as customer, request to change the table if the grill table doesn’t work, because otherwise, it will stop you from cooking food properly and ruin your night out. Good food, we liked the evening and the service here. Although i notice sometimes not all the food you order (if you choose buffet) come to your table. Make sure you check what you order with what you receive. Otherwise, we liked it here a lot. Because we like the good attitude of the waiters, of the owner and the many choices of soft drinks and alcohol available :)

We have been ordering from this restaurant for years. I've given them a couple chances this year hoping it's just been a bad day but something definitely has changed. The sweet and spicy fried chicken used to be the best thing on the menu, now it's inedible. The sauce is now super thick and so goey it has a stretch when spooning it onto my plate, the texture and taste is off and it's way too sweet. What happened! :(

Great value

Have ordered bulgogi beef multiple times in the past and it was great, but quality seems to have declined. Beef is poorly seasoned, tough (a different cut than previously) and there is less of it, as well as a reduction in the amount of vegetables in the bowl, but an increased amount of rice. Will unfortunately no longer be ordering from this location.

I used to come to this restaurant every now and again, but the quality of both food and service have deteriorated so heavily that I do not see myself ever coming back.

To start, despite the restaurant only having one table seated at our time of arrival, we waited very long to be seen by anyone as there was no staff member visible at the counter. That's because the staff member was hidden behind the counter. We walked to the counter to get their attention but were ignored after multiple Hello's.

Additionally, the water jugs provided were clearly uncleaned for a long time as there were stains that accumulated around the spout.

The staff member present was also fully inattentive during service. We understand that we are expected to be left alone for most of our meal as each table has a bell should we require assistance. That said, we were repeatedly ignored despite pressing the bell to request assistance.
To add to this, the customers who were dining when we arrived had left shortly after our arrival. Yet their table was left uncleaned for the duration of our meal with the remaining food burning from the residual heat of their bbq grill and the smell of stale smoke enveloped the dining room.

The quality of food also leaved much to be desired. The deboned chicken pieces were very small and were mostly batter, and the small percentage of chicken meat were very dry. I would not be surprised if these chicken pieces were fried in advance and re-fried given their dark color, dry texture, and the light acrid flavor from what I only assume is unchanged oil.

All in all, disappointing would be an understatement to describe this dining experience, and I would not recommend coming here.

Korean pancakes, it must be deep fried because it look at the amount of tissue I used for the oil. Really unacceptable....and wth🤦‍♂️

The spicy pork/or chicken, my gods i can eat vindaloo Budak no problem. But jesus christ, this resteraunt made it so spicy my hands were shaking after one bite (5 table spoon of cyanne pepper ?), I know it's 3 stars spicy, but really no taste, just spicy ?? I think it's comparable to da bomb in spiciness.

Do not recommend it. Just cook at home you can make better korean food.

Also, fried chicken has no salt or taste.

It used to be better.
