Ordered on Uber Eats and noticed I’d selected the wrong flavour for my 30-pack!!!! (Which isn’t cheap by the way :)) called the store literally two minutes later. The order hadn’t even been started yet (I asked) but I was still refused a flavour swap (which is the same price btw) . Uber support told me to call the store directly to fix it because cancelling would be 20$ so that was a dead end too. A zero effort change that would’ve taken seconds turned into a ruined order and wasted money. Staff was clearly having a bad day, and now so am I. Disappointing Employees reactions to situations like this are what make or break a review.

I love that they have so many topping options, from classic honey and cinnamon to more indulgent glazes like hazelnut chocolate or caramel. The fact that they are vegan and lactose-free without sacrificing flavor is a huge plus! The Baklava Tornado (A Game Changer!): You have to try the Baklava Tornado. It is a brilliant fusion of their creamy soft-serve ice cream blended with generous, crunchy pieces of authentic baklava. The contrast between the cold, smooth ice cream and the flaky, honey-drenched pastry is incredible. It’s refreshing, unique, and easily one of the best frozen desserts I’ve had recently. Service & Vibe: The staff here is consistently friendly and efficient, even when there’s a lineup. The open-kitchen concept is fun because you can actually watch your puffs being made and glazed to order. It’s always clean, bright, and has a great energy. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a high-quality, freshly made dessert that’s a bit different from your standard donut or ice cream cone!

I just ordered and they completely messed it up and when I called about it they said it wasn’t their problem and that I have to go on Uber Eats to deal with it. I spent 30$ and I got a 1.63$ refund

I usually enjoy buying puffs from this branch and have always appreciated the quality. Unfortunately, my recent experience was less pleasant. The person who mentioned being the manager did not seem very welcoming when taking my order and answered our questions in a way that felt dismissive. I believe a warmer attitude toward customers would make a big difference. If the branch is too busy during peak hours, perhaps having additional staff could help ease the pressure. Even though this branch is the closest to my place, I may consider visiting another location in the future.

i didn’t like it personally, the ice cream is to creamy so it just tastes like an off brand version of whipped cream out of a tub, the service wasn’t very good, the man didn’t even have a smile on his face. I wouldn’t consider going there again.

Absolutely loved our experience. Mr Jimmy and his staff were incredible. They even gave our dog 2 pup cups and our puffs and ice-cream were superb. Thank u and we will definitely be back. I recommend this place to everyone
