We were served by a young unprofessional employee who was ready to close the restaurant at 7h30 food was okay. He was trowing the bottle of sauce in front of me because it's was empty. They were talking to each other in Chinese intlcmg front of me.

We go there fairly often, and service is typically good. Today, we had terrible service from the two asian guys from the weekend shift. Generally speaking we have a great service with the other employees. $100+ poorly spent.

I ordered from this restaurant yesterday, and it took more than 1:30h for the food to get ready (not during peak hours), and the food arrived cold. A bowl is barely enough to feed one person, not worth the price and the guacamole was brown.

I dont reccommed going to this location i went by 6:30 pm 13th feburary. The bathroom was disgusting, the tables were sticky and the employees were really rude. Dont go there

Delicious food, had the beef Burrito all dressed. I wanted another, had to stop myself. Good service. Going back again.

Not great. Lots of unavailable items, everything is too liquid whether it be the meats or sauces and garnishes, everything is tossed in the burrito without being distributed evenly, taste is not optimal. Tacos are wet cause the garnishes are not strained properly before. Much better off going to Quesada for better quality, better execution, and overall better taste for the same price. I do not recommend this at all.

I have never been to a mex place restricted to 4 toppings on a burrito.

Rice in the burrito was old and crunchy … very little chicken inside , churros tasteless and stale , ordered online and order was not ready when I got there , will not be going there again

Excellent customer service, very welcoming and generous with the portions. The staff went up and beyond with their kindness and even gave us free chips. They just gained a loyal customer! Definitely recommend.

The service is horrid, when customizing our food, the guy is talking way too fast making it hard to make clear what we want, its definitely on him as I’ve seen the next people behind me having the same issue of him talking too fast and then look so annoyed having to repeat himself. When telling him our toppings he has a lot of attitude saying « that’s it?? ». The food itself was disappointing, I went to their St-Bruno location and loved it, it tasted fresh and they were attentive to what we wanted, the quality here was clearly inferior, not as many topping options and tasted sour and vinegary, left a nasty taste in our mouths, I don’t know how they even mess up the tortillas chips, very vinegary and sour.
I’m writing this while being at the next door McDonald trying to get their awful taste out of my mouth.
