I placed a pickup order through Uber Eats and the app showed “likely ready.” I went to the restaurant about 20 minutes after ordering, but when I arrived, my order hadn’t even been started.
I waited another 15 minutes, and there was still no sign they were preparing it. When I politely asked how long it would take, the staff member responded rudely and seemed annoyed, only saying they were busy.
After waiting over 40 minutes total with no food, I asked if I should come back later, and I was told to “cancel the order.” After canceling, I was charged the full amount as a cancel fee, even though I never received my food.
This was a very disappointing experience — poor communication, unprofessional attitude, and zero accountability. Customers should not be charged for food that was never prepared or served.

Why haven't I tried this place earlier? Really clean place, the food is amazing and fresh. We took the mixed bowl and the saj sandwiches and they were both excellent. The guys were very helpful and courteous too. Recommend 👍🏼

I ate shawarma from this place for takeout and let me tell you. 20$ for a large shawarma bowl is worth it!!! At McDonald's you can probably order two big macs for about the same price and it will never compare to how good this spot is. The bowl I took can basically be shared amongst two people which proves just how affordable this place truly is.This place is worth every penny and even if you are not an Arabic person by all means give this place a try to see just how good the food is!!!

This is a good shawarma spot Food is good and portions are great. We tried mix platter with everything and it was ok, but dry. They also many sides to pick and beans with beads are tasty. Price are also very reasonable
