Olivia's Authentic Chicken DIX30

The staff was nice but the service was extremely slow. The chicken had a nice crispy outside but the chicken itself was weirdly wet and gelatinous. It was really weird. Great fries and spicy mayo, loved the macaroni salad...but for a chicken place, the chicken was not worth it. Maybe it was this particular location but yea...we're not going back. Also the tables weren't clean.

So oily and tasteless. Chicken felt undercooked. Also ordered a sandwich and the bread was not fresh and fell apart as soon as I picked it up. The only thing that was kinda decent was the poutine but other than that waste of money.

Though I found it to be overpriced, the chicken was actually awesome. It was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Really liked the sauces, too. The staff looked somewhat miserable and the order took a very long time to receive despite us being the only family at the place. Their only bathroom was not in service when we were there, and my three-year old had to go. The cashier just shrugged and told us to go to the bathroom situated outside, despite the pouring rain. ?‍♀️ I will give the chain another chance and try a different location, but won’t be back here again. ❌

My only complaint is that it appears that everything is only cooked after you order so "bone in" (as they call it) was going to be 25 minutes so we ended up getting "boneless" which was still a 10 minute wait. This was around 1pm on a Thursday.The fries have a very thin crispy coating and are quite good.The chicken had a light flaky almost tempura type of batter and was very good. They have many different dipping saucesWould we return? Yes. But we would budget more time knowing how long the wait is.

We paid around 48$ (tax included) for a shareable combo (7-8 chicken pieces with fries and onion rings, 2 sauces and 2 drinks).+ The sauces (honey mustard and douce épicée) and onion rings were good- Quite pricey for what you get- Chicken slightly undercooked, which gave us stomach pain

BEST fried chicken ever!! So juicy, crispy and flavourful! Very fast service and the portions are great. I also tried the lime refresher and it was so tasty!! 10/10 for this place, I highly recommend you give it a try! Great customer service too!!

Food was great, chicken was very juicy and tender. Fries are nice and crispy. Very similar to Costco fries. I had to remove a star because of customer service. Did not get any kind of greetings or thank you after I gave my order. I also received a deformed soda can that would not open easily. A robot could of have taken my order but overall great clean place with good food.

Had a wonderful dining experience. I appreciate the made-to-order chicken concept (I had boneless box). The chicken was tender and hot with a crispy outside, not greasy. Very different from anything I have ever had. The crispy fries made for a great combo. Lastly, the open kitchen concept is nice. Restaurant was very clean. Will return soon.

WoooooooW... what an experience!!!Awesome food and great friendly staff... great great fried chicken... I think one of the best fried chicken I've tasted in Montreal!!!!The chicken is lightly breaded but perfectly crispy and moist... wowDefinitely recommended and amazing!!Enjoy

I read great reviews about this place and finally decided to give it a try.Big disappointment.The bone in chickens are very oily and it when it gets to the meat around the bones, it has a very strange smell and taste, a smell that would not have came from fresh chicken.I am a big fan of Korean style fried chicken and I’ve tried many. This is honestly not even a 5 out of 10, especially when it’s pricy like this.Definitely last time for me. :/

Good chicken! Not greasy and the breading is very crunchy! I took the poutine, that says spicy but it's a sweet spicy that doesn't hurt at all. It's just enough to taste the nice poutine! Lady in front was very nice and the kitchen looks super clean. Not your regular fast food type of place :)

It is more expensive than the other korean friend chicken place.I ordered from this place a few times, the wait time is long, and usually it taste good. But I went to visit again yesterday, and the chicken this time was really really oily and heavy. At the point where I almost want to puke after eating just 1 piece

I ordered the 30$ a box of chicken. It has about 7 pieces. The chicken is juicy. The crust is crispy. It tastes greatService: excellent. The lady answered all my question politely and even gave suggestionsTaste: excellent... Juicy, crispy, hotPrice: a bit pricey....
