The staff was nice but the service was extremely slow. The chicken had a nice crispy outside but the chicken itself was weirdly wet and gelatinous. It was really weird. Great fries and spicy mayo, loved the macaroni salad...but for a chicken place, the chicken was not worth it. Maybe it was this particular location but yea...we're not going back. Also the tables weren't clean.

Though I found it to be overpriced, the chicken was actually awesome. It was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Really liked the sauces, too. The staff looked somewhat miserable and the order took a very long time to receive despite us being the only family at the place. Their only bathroom was not in service when we were there, and my three-year old had to go. The cashier just shrugged and told us to go to the bathroom situated outside, despite the pouring rain. ?♀️ I will give the chain another chance and try a different location, but won’t be back here again. ❌

My only complaint is that it appears that everything is only cooked after you order so "bone in" (as they call it) was going to be 25 minutes so we ended up getting "boneless" which was still a 10 minute wait. This was around 1pm on a Thursday.The fries have a very thin crispy coating and are quite good.The chicken had a light flaky almost tempura type of batter and was very good. They have many different dipping saucesWould we return? Yes. But we would budget more time knowing how long the wait is.

I seen @modelvsfood suggest this amazing place. He stated if your ever in Montreal try @olivias_authentic_chicken oh was it so worth it.. As the chicken is freshly battered & cooked to protection. Your order is prepared fresh & so worth the wait. The seasoning & coating of this delicious fried chicken is mind blowing. The employee's paired it with two fresh made sides. The coleslaw has a vinegar base dressing. That was worth every bite. To the creamy potato salad with fresh dill in it. Let's talk about the Lemon refresher god damn it was tongue twisting flavor explosion. #canada

EXCELLENT FRIED CHICKEN - BUT DELIVERY WITH DOORDASH WAS AWFUL AND INCOMPLETE We had friends for dinner, and convinced them to try this excellent chicken - As we ordered, we selected the option for delivery - we received confirmation of the order and a follow-up via text message....everything was on track until the delivery time changed a couple of time...but was not a big deal...until the delivery person showed up with an incomplete order, we only had 2 little sauce, instead of a large one and 4 small ones, no drinks and salad, and the fries and chicken was just a little warm....My wife decided to go to the restaurent in order to complete the order while we put the chicken & fries in the oven - we need to mention the restaurant was extremely professional and help us in completing our order...but we had to pay again for what we didn't received as the extra bag wasn't there anymore - the person at the counter even mentioned she remembered the order and highlighted that the delivery person forgot to the extra bag - excellent service from Olivia's restaurant 5 STARS - she mentioned to make a claim to Doordash....well, that didn't go too well - they mentioned that I need to make the claim to Olivia's restaurent...so not assuming their responsibilities - in summary, excellent chicken and service at Olivia's restaurant, but I will NEVER use DOORDASH again !

BEST fried chicken ever!! So juicy, crispy and flavourful! Very fast service and the portions are great. I also tried the lime refresher and it was so tasty!! 10/10 for this place, I highly recommend you give it a try! Great customer service too!!

Food was great, chicken was very juicy and tender. Fries are nice and crispy. Very similar to Costco fries. I had to remove a star because of customer service. Did not get any kind of greetings or thank you after I gave my order. I also received a deformed soda can that would not open easily. A robot could of have taken my order but overall great clean place with good food.

Had a wonderful dining experience. I appreciate the made-to-order chicken concept (I had boneless box). The chicken was tender and hot with a crispy outside, not greasy. Very different from anything I have ever had. The crispy fries made for a great combo. Lastly, the open kitchen concept is nice. Restaurant was very clean. Will return soon.

I read great reviews about this place and finally decided to give it a try.Big disappointment.The bone in chickens are very oily and it when it gets to the meat around the bones, it has a very strange smell and taste, a smell that would not have came from fresh chicken.I am a big fan of Korean style fried chicken and I’ve tried many. This is honestly not even a 5 out of 10, especially when it’s pricy like this.Definitely last time for me. :/

Good chicken! Not greasy and the breading is very crunchy! I took the poutine, that says spicy but it's a sweet spicy that doesn't hurt at all. It's just enough to taste the nice poutine! Lady in front was very nice and the kitchen looks super clean. Not your regular fast food type of place :)
