Went here excited from the high reviews. I wanted a bagel with cream cheese, and I was told by the guy at the counter that they only sell bagels and no spreads. What kind of bagel store only sells bagels? This guy also responding only in French. I don't know if he spoke English , but he certainly understood what I was saying because he responded to my inquiry regarding spreads only in French. Disappointing experience.

It’s really bad, I don’t recommend. It’s always cold or burnt. And when I ask them if they could change it because it was cold and I wanted hot they wouldn’t change it. They deserve 0 stars
