This place is amazing. Pasta to desserts everything we need. Also the staff are great. so everybody go see the place it’s worth it. Highly recommended

Exceptional service. I went on a Saturday and even though it was busy the girls took the time to explain the different plates and products. Their cannolis and Amaretti’s were so good. I bought a classic veal lasagna and all I can say is WOW! A must if you’re in the Quartier Dix30

After spending more than $100 for a lasagna with veal and veal shells, we were surprised to realize after cooking that it was an eggplant lasagna! Returned to the store the next day with supporting photos, ready to buy $100 worth of shells but wanting to give me a meat lasagna, they refused. No trust in their customers; yet I regularly come to buy here... I will never come back and I will make sure to spread the word: what is indicated on the packaging may not be what is in the container! If this happens to you, come back with the cooked dish the next day! Disappointing service especially when it’s their mistake!

I typically come to this location at least 3 times a month or more. I came in today and the young lady at the counter made me feel like I was bothering her. It was 4:40pm but I came in to buy some cheese and that’s it. Not a smile, nor a word except for when I asked her a question. She was visibly annoyed with my question of “where can I find the grated cheese” ? Then when I asked for the mixed “parmano “ she looked at me with a deadpan face and pointed to the 3 types in the display case. From the moment I walked in to the second I walked out, that young lady was copping an attitude and I couldn’t wait to get out of there.Maybe some people should look up the meaning of ‘customer service”.

This is one of my favorite place toShop. The food is excellent, especially the eggplant parmigiana. Unfortunately the customer service has become unpleasant. The lady at the counter seems bothered by any questions and gave the wrong food on my last visit. Today, approaching the door at 4:45, along with another customer, we were surprised to see the door locked. When looking inside, the people working behind the counter saw us, but would not acknowledge us and open the door. Not a good experience.
