Went to Pho MC in Brossard for a Sunday lunch, and it was quite busy—which is usually a good sign.
We ordered the pho dac biet (special pho) and the hu tieu mi nam vang. Both dishes were good, nothing to complain about. The flavors were solid and satisfying.
Service was okay, although a bit on the slower side. We did have to wait a while, but considering how busy it was, it’s understandable.
Overall, I still recommend this place. It’s definitely one of the better spots for pho in Brossard if you’re craving Vietnamese food.

Taste good, love the noodle and soup. Like to order home with their online system, just 15 mins and you can go take it.👍
🔹 Fresh shrimps and pork spring rolls ~ Because it is cold that's why ingredients inside is hard, elderly can’t eat
🔹Pho Dac biet ~ a very big bowl full of ingredients and noodles but kind of chewy
🔹 順化牛肉粉Bun bo hue ~ not only beef, you can find pig feet and little spicy, too bad is the soup always not hot enough
🔹 Banh mi poulet ~ so crispy and soft inside and the taste is great👍
🔹 Banh mi pork ~ pork is more tasty than chicken👍
🔹 Banh mi boeuf ~ pork is the best, beef is the second one👍

I love Pho MC! It's always my go-to spot for pho when I'm craving it. I've seen complaints of the soup not being hot enough- Honestly, I would prefer having a tongue that's able to taste the delicious pho than one that's out of commission.
The pho tastes flavourful with an extreme generous portion of meat. Noodles are well done with the perfect amount of chewiness. Although I don't like cilantro (I got the genes that make it taste like soap), it's not overpowering and just subtle enough that I'm not revolted by it. The pho is fairly priced. I always get XL.
Moral of the day: although the decor is less to be desired, the food is a FIRE (rip door handle)

Heard about this place! It was highly recommended by public so was curious to experience myself
Upon arrival around 1:20pm on Saturday there was some line up like 10 people standing outside the building but we moved pretty fast and we waited about 10 min by the time we got seated
Our food came fast but it was cold not hot at all..pretty disappointed there ..it was very busy and the staff were quick with service no doubt
I guess it was cuz they wanted to serve us quickly too that’s why the food came out cold 🤨😒
We got the famous phở đặc biệt xl size, bánh khọt specialty plus bún gà nương
The bánh khọt were very yummy 😋😋😋
Anyways I wouldn’t come back here for it since it was first bad experience

It's your typical asian restaurant with a specialty on Pho. Food is absolutely great and the menu has lots and lots of options! It's much bigger inside than it looks from the outside. They also have a bubble tea counter and other asian non-alcoholic beverages.

I ordered food for a large group, and they made the whole process so easy and efficient! The food was amazing as usual, and packaged nicely and safely. Will definitely order from them more and recommend MC pho to anyone happening to drive by Brossard. Special thanks to Linda :)

There's a lot of room to dine in. Service is fast but maybe a bit too fast because the broth is not that hot when it comes out.
Bun Bo Hue: it tasted alright, had the appropriate toppings, good portion, BUT the broth was like barely warm. I would expect piping hot honestly, but that's my only complaint for this dish.
Pho dac biet: it was hot and good.
Spring rolls: they were alright as well. The sauce was too peanuty, so we had to add hoisin sauce at the table.
Banh Canh: Tasted very simple, but it is a simple dish. They were not generous with the shrimp or pork belly. I found that it lacked a bit fried garlic (there wa some but I wiuld have liked more). The noodles weren't the best quality, not as chewy as it should be.
Overall an okay meal, not expensive at all, but out of all the stuff we tried, only the pho dac biet had no issues. The menu has a lot of items which is impressive, but I don't know if they're actually good. Might have to come back to try them.
