I’ve always ordered the My Box and never had any problem with it. It’s good and the price is reasonable for what you get, though I’m not sure about their other pizzas like other review says. Employees I’ve met are also very nice. I once placed an order online and when I came to pick it up, there was a delay of over 20 minutes due to rush. They offered me a free drink to compensate for the delay and apologized many times.

The worst Pizza Hut I have ever seen! Just look at the pictures! I receive crispy Pizza because they kept in the oven more than enough due to receiving order of customer!! Also look how the ingredients spread on the Pizza !!😳 Never recommend this branch to others!!

Worst experience ever. I ordered a pizza, and an hour after the scheduled delivery time, it still hadn't arrived. I called them and they said they were looking for a delivery person. No one notified me or communicated with me. The app is terrible for trying to track the delivery. This isn't the first time. I won't be buying from them again.

Ordered 2 large pizzas. Asked for thin crust and got thin everything. Was almost nothing on that pizza . Was very dry even cheese was burned dry with tiny few pieces of meat. Should have all ingredients and amount just like for a regular pizza and only thin crust, not everything thin.

This time, I would give higher star because finally, they put enough sauce and meat on the pizza. Before, a big portion of the crust was left with nothing; only the middle had sauce and meat. I'm pretty satisfied with this time's pizza.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! ZERO STARS….Terrible service from store, terrible service from call center, and terrible service from delivery man. Nobody deserves this terrible treatment.
Placed order online (Order 6184944340) and it was never delivered.. went to the store and the people working acted like they had no idea and told me to come back later to speak to the manager. What a legitimate scam. Other reviews regarding online orders not being delivered are very true. Truly frustrating. Do not order from them. Nightmare. I will be reporting them to Pizza Hut Canada.
