I had placed an order for more than 200$ of pizzas one day in advance for an event, yet the delivery arrived 1 hour and 30 minutes late. By the time the food arrived, it was completely cold. When we called to raise the issue, we were told that it was not their responsibility and that nothing could be done about it. This is unacceptable given the circumstances and the lack of accountability shown.

Ordered for delivery and they lost my order - it took well over 90 minutes to get to me and the delivery driver waited for 30 minutes. Called for information and they would not remedy the situation. Man on the phone was quite rude. Disappointing.

Most employees are incompetent, pizza is overpriced, shitty industrial dough, low quality products.
The S.H.G.P is delicious !!! Now I know what all the hype is about . Their pizzas are amazing ! Super thin with a perfectly cooked crust . Only downside , place needs some TLC, on the inside and outside , the owners are making so no reason they can’t make thwmplacw look better .

I ordered via doordash, so unfortunately I cannot rate the atmosphere. I visited MTL over the Labour Day weekend. Despite the delicious food available in this beautiful city, Pizza Toni really stood out to me. We ordered the classic pepperoni & lemme tell you… this was the closest thing to NYC style pizza that I’ve had since visiting New York almost 5 years ago. The flavour was on point, the crust was perfect, and the cheese to sauce ratio was excellent, and the pizza wasn’t greasy. NYC style is my absolute favourite & Pizza Toni is right there with it.
I don’t usually review food like this- but this pizza was enough to make a grown man cry. This was my first ever visit to Montreal & Pizza Toni will be the ONLY pizza stop I make when I visit the city in the future.
I’m already considering moving to MTL from Toronto. Absolutely amazing.
