Very good pizza and pasta. Some things are quite expensive, especially some drinks so beware if your budget is tight.

Expérience très ordinaire Très bruyant, pâtes pas assez cuite Le resto n'offre pas de faire gratiner les plats Le resto n'offre pas le paiement pay pass et j'ai dû retourner chercher ma carte dans ma voiture. En laissant ma blonde en garantie...pas très plaisant Service au bar était bien Mais j'ai du demander du poivre et sel et parmesan et ça semblait compliqué. Carte de vin erroné Bouteille avec 2 maisons dans la même description Frescobaldi Mazzei Bref j'ai laissé 25% de pourboire mais je n'y retournerai pas

Bonne nourriture. L'intérieur est beau. La musique était cependant trop forte, tellement que nous n'étions pas capable d'avoir une conversation à 2. Le service était bon, efficace (peut-être un peu trop?) rendant notre soirée courte, sans connexion.

Great service, amazing food, the drink I had was soo freaking good (Spicy Mango Margarita). Will definitely be coming back!

We had requested a table by the window, particularly as this was a birthday celebration; unfortunately, the restaurant was unable to accommodate this request. Instead, we were seated at a banquette where the backrest was noticeably unstable; you could feel the person seated behind you moving against your back, which made for a very uncomfortable experience. Additionally, the restaurant was extremely loud, further detracting from what should have been a special occasion.

Il n'y avait pas de savon dans les toilettes des femmes, nous avons avisé notre serveuse, qui a avisé le gérant et 15 minutes plus tard, le problème n'était toujours pas réglé. C'est une règle d'hygiène de base de se laver les mains après avoir utilisé la toilette et ce manque de rigueur de la part du gérant nous a fait douter de la propreté des lieux et de l'importance de l'hygiène des mains pour les employés du restaurant, y compris ceux dans la cuisine. Malgré que notre expérience générale était bonne et la nourriture excellente, quoi que les portions un peu trop petites pour le prix, nous ne reviendrons pas manger chez Sofia parce que nous avons maintenant un doute important sur la salubrité de ce restaurant.

Le restaurant était fermé et on ne m'a pas avisé. Très ordinaire comme expérience. Fallu trouver un autre endroit à la dernière minute.

Here's a clearer, well-structured, and polished version of the review: Although Sofia's is a chain with numerous restaurants across the Greater Montreal area, one might assume the food would be just okay — but think again. The food was excellent and served hot. We tried four different pasta dishes, and every one of them was amazing. The Margherita pizza was delicious, and I especially appreciated that the pizzas are made right in front of you and baked in a wood-fired oven. Overall, it was an outstanding Italian food experience. 🇮🇹🍕🍝

The worst service I’ve ever had , I got 2 pizzeria Sofia gift cards for Christmas and I made sure by looking at the store policy that I could use them for pick up orders. I went to the location to pay and I was greeted by a man at the front desk that was extremely unprofessional and avoided eye contact and insisted that I can’t use my gift cards. The restaurant was completely empty and the price for 3 really small pizzas was over 115$.

Look. Sofia Dix30 is one of my favourite restaurants.. I'm there all the time.. Service, food, everything is always top notch. But last night, NYE , was a disaster.. Don't know what happened but I need to point it out so that next year can be a better experience for others. We were three customers. They had advertised this huge NYE party.. There was nothing. The other locations had DJ's and decor.. This one.. A few balloons. We started with drinks, which they screwed up TWICE on the order. I had chosen the NYE menu, which looked phenomenal.. Two appetizers, entrée, pasta, main dish of surf & turf, and dessert.. One friend took a pizza, the other, salad and pizza. Friend got her pizza.. Us two.. Nothing.. It was 11:15pm (our reservations was at 9:30pm). Friend finished her pizza, we still hadn't received anything to eat. People that arrived after us received their food before us. It came to a point that I cancelled everything, ordered two pizzas to go, since the pizza guy was the only one working. Only when she brought the pizzas did other waiters finally bring out the other food... Sent everything back and asked for the bill. They tried giving us a free drink to compensate the massive screw up, but we refused. Went home for midnight instead. Not sure if it was a service thing, or a kitchen issue or it was because it was NYE and they were not organized. I love this place, will go back on a regular night out.. But NYE, never again.

we ordered pizza al fungi
it had bacon in it and pesto was a little out of place
one person in the party is nauseous after that - all others got heartburn
the service was not very polite - though may be bea used we do lot speak french

Food was excellent except for the gluten free options. Son is severely celiac and after discussion with the hostess decided to take a chance (they mentioned that the pizza is made in a separate part of the restaurant and cooked separately. All the more to trust.)
Unfortunately son was sick for many hours afterwards.
If you are celiac be careful!!!
