Very good salmon. Freeze cubed salmon for an excellent poke bowl.Also perch very difficult to find these days...Price quite expensive, but quality.Tous is very expensive at the moment!!! We are very close to a recession!

Same thing for oysters....mmmmmm...Fresh or frozen products, homemade products, etc...everything is to die for. And the prices are more than reasonable. Incomparable quality and freshness. Nothing to do with large surfaces. It's like comparing the Olympics to the Quebec Games...
