Quality has decreased recently. Missing ingredients in every order, and so much sauce it was almost a soup!

Check your order before leaving. Yesterday, July 1, I placed an online order for 1 bowl of Sama and 1 chicken Katsu. Arriving there, the gentleman present gave me my well-packaged order... I told him with the loyalty card I I am entitled to free entry....he calls the manager and tells me that no...he is not participating in this program.... Surprised I leave for home.. Arriving home I discover that he gave 2 Chicken Katsu but still made me pay more for the Sama..I called...the gentleman apologizes and tells me that the manager will call me.....nothing since. ..

Horrible experience…. We ordered two Honolulu bowls this lunch and shrimp tempura. First, the fryer was dysfunctional, which happens. But the poké, what a horror. Not fresh tuna, black avocados, wilted lettuce and pineapples taken straight from the cane…. Only the rice and edamame were edible.
